This is one of the few chin straps that actually seems sized for my head. My only complaint is that the edge that goes over the chin and up under my lower lip is a little rough; unless I move it higher up to a spot where it covers my bottom lip, it irritates me under the chin. Then it slowly slips up and covers my entire mouth. Most of the time, it prevents me from opening my mouth and letting air escape there. It still is not an ideal solution, but it's the best thing I've found so far.
