My woman has trouble sleeping and is a light sleeper. These definitely help to knock her out. Don't take them too late though, or you'll feel like crap when the alarm clock goes off.for me, who's only 5'7 125lbs, a half a pills is about all it takes to get me drowsy enough that i'll fall asleep within a half hour or so instead of having my mind race at night. plus, it's just melatonin which is naturally produced in your body anyway so it's safe as can be without the risk of being addictive. when i bought it it was a dollar, so the price definitely has gone up but that's still cheaper than at the store.Not sure if it helps my sleep or not. At least I kniow it does not hurt. I may help with falling asleep alittle quicker instead of counting sheep.
