this product works great im currently deployed to Afghanistan so you can imagine the hard sleeping thing. these puppys put me to bed in about 30 mikes and i feel great in the morning, is used to drink Nyquil every night to get sleep but not any more. with these pills i feel like im doing better for my body than the Nyquil method and im not super groggy in the morning like i had with nyquil. Not to put Nyquil down it works great if your sick but i was abusing it, every night for 8 months is not good and i was using regular Nyquil because Nyquil sleep was not even on the market yet. My wife just told about that one but we dont have it out here. any ways I have 4 more months to go and im out this @#$%!&.. Hope this helps.
