I really like this earplug. After a few nights they loose their shape but by then the earwax has built up and at the risk of growing bacteria it's probably a good idea to toss them anyway. After reading a book called "The Mood Cure" I started taking this supplement and I can definitely tell something is different. I'm doing some things I haven't done in years like go to the store by myself. It's not a drastic, dramatic change as if I wake up being a different person, but I am definitely able to take more positive steps with my anxiety with this product. I had used a sample of this moisturizer prior to purchasing. Of course, the sample only had about 2 nights worth of moisturizer but I was impressed with it's results. After purchasing it and using it for a month I find that while it does deliver great moisture, it also seems to be clogging my pores. My face has been breaking out and I'm 39 years old. I have had anxiety problems for about 10 years now. I lost 115 lbs, and part of what helped with appetite control and muscle-building (dieting causes huge lean tissue lossess if you don't exercise and keep protein adequate) was whey protein.
