Serenity Sleep Aid Custom Night Mouth Bruxism Guard

If you look up the word "Bruxism", you will see this definition: ....is when you clench (tightly hold your top and bottom teeth together) or grind (slide your teeth back and forth over each other) your teeth. Unfortunately, I did not look that up until I received the product. I purchased this product because I grind my teeth while sleeping. The reviews and the description, indicate that this device is used for that purpose (a reviewer or two stated it didn't help with their snoring...I was a bit confused by their reviews) Upon receiving this device, I understand their reviews because all over the box, the instructions, EVERYWHERE, it specifically states the device is for SNORING. Nowhere does it state anything about teeth grinding and/or clenching. Even though some reviewers apparently used it for that purpose and it appears to work for them, I am sending it right back to Amazon. This guard fits over both your top and bottom teeth. You "custom fit" it to your mouth by boiling and fitting. Being that it covers the top and bottom teeth...they are basically "encased" within the guard. I don't think you'd be able to open your mouth without taking it out. The guards that I have seen and, since researched, appear to be only one section that fits on the bottom set of teeth only...allowing you to open and close your mouth pretty much like normal, but keeping the top teeth from grinding against the bottom during sleep. The search continues for a guard that fits my needs and has good reviews.

Very easy to work with. It's bigger than the one my dentist made for me. And allot cheaper. Bigger is better in this case. I can actually sleep with this in my mouth.

i purchased this when it was new on the market. hoping that it would help but it hasnt really done much to help. I still snore and wake up tossing and turning every so often. since purchasing this, theres been a few reviews posted that are obvioously fake. sounds like it came from a commercial or something. cant trust a company that doesnt even trust their own product to work.

ResMed Headgear - without headgear clips, one size fits all

Cant get it anywhere else the have the market locked up. Came on time. and as ordered so I guess it was okay, except you pay $30 for $1-$2 of product, in my opinion.

It is good but price was not right.$29.00 for head gear is too much.Hopefully it will last long.

This is the first time I have used the Garnier Sleek & Shine. I was tired of my other product leaving a film on my hair and making it look dull. This happened to be on sale so I gave it a shot. I have very thick, wavy hair & straighten it with a flat iron daily. However, after I used the Garnier shampoo & conditioner and blow dried my hair....I DIDN'T have to use the flat iron!!! Sleep Right Dental Guard No Boil

I have been using this for almost a week now and it has helped my teeth! I dont wake up anymore with my teeth and jaws in pain. The first night it was a little hard to get used to, but now its fine. (On the first night, I wore it for about 20 minutes before I acutally went to bed to help get used to it). It is a tad bulky in the cheeksuntil you get used to it. I can itleast close my mouth all the way. I find it great that you can change the size of the guard and its super easy. Its easy to clean and it comes with its own case to store it in. But this is a great product!

I've been using the SleepRight Secure Comfort version for several years and decided to replace it with the Dura Comfort version because of its longer claimed life. While it works, I find it significantly less comfortable because the material is thicker and harder than the previous version. This version also doesn't seem to fit as well, perhaps because of its lower flexibility. I do not have any problems with my gums or mouth and will continue using it, but will return to the Secure Comfort model when this one wears out.

What I like best is the adjustable velcro fastener and the fact that the top has an adjustable ring and is mesh. I've tried many other types of sleep caps and usually ended up throwing them away because they were uncomfortable for one reason or another. Best to wash by hand instead of tossing in the washer.

I have bought this sleep cap before at Sally's Beauty Supply stores. Overall I have probably owned three over a 10-year period. Recently, I have been unable to locate it in stores. When I saw this on-line as an add-on item, I purchased it to replace another one. Well it is not large enough for the velcro fastners to meet. I was surprised because it is the exact cap that I have always worn. I like the satin around the sides and the net on top can be adjusted and I do not get too hot while sleeping. My only compliant is the size, so that is why I gave a 4 star review. On a positive note it does fit on my head over my pinned hair so I am able to use it without it coming off.

I was skeptical about whether or not this would keep the curls in my hair. I roll my hair after washing it and then hope not to have to fuss with it until the next washing. This sleep cap does the trick. All I have to do in the morning is brush my hair and go.

I don't know what they are talking about with a hand strap or a stylus loop. No such thing exists on this case. Fortunately, I didn't buy it for that that. I bought it because I wanted something light, that would give me multiple viewing angles. like one of those rotating cases, but maybe lighter. This does that well. Three viewing angles in landscape, the one with the origami fold in the back is by far the best viewing angle, and one in portrait.

It works with the magnetic on/off of the ipad, so it does what the smart cover/case does, plus more. Not to mention that the waffle pattern on the back is unique and quite pretty. I got the blue, it is a fairly standard blue, so the colors are fairly sedate, but man, this case honestly Awesome with a capital A-W E.

I am glad I sorted through the 20 pages of cases to find this one on the last page. If you are thinking of getting a smart case/cover, Go for this, it's cheaper, and does much more.
