Not even any information best flat iron ever!!! flips under, flips up and gets pencil straight with only one pass. The video from the GHD website about how to use the GHD styler to curl the hair and to do flips looked so easy and it really made me buy one for myself. When the package arrived I was excited to finally try and use it. I got no problem to use it as a hair straightener but really had a hard time to use it to curl my hair. Well, it really takes a lot of practice to get it right or much better if you got someone who can do it for you. The GHD is really good and it does really glide smoothly without breaking your hair. Price is really expensive for this one little vanity tool but if you're after the product quality it shouldn't matter.

Where have you been all my little overly sensitive to sounds life, oh Ohropax? Even as a little girl I have been overly sensitive to noises especially when trying to fall and stay asleep. I have been looking for comfortable ear plugs for a side-sleeper with tiny ears that will block out noisy neighbors and barking dogs. Most earplugs are too big for my ears and hurt when I wear them all night. After reading the positive reviews, I thought I would give them a try. They do block out the noise wonderfully, but there are two problems with this product...and I suspect with wax earplugs in general. 1) They leave your fingers and ears a waxy mess...like you have been playing with melting crayons. 2) The seal is so perfect, that they kind of hurt your eardrums when put them in because of the air you are inadvertently forcing into your ears when you put them on. My husband snores, to the point that the bed shakes. He sounds like a hibernating bear.It's funny to speak of it, but it has been absolutely hellish. It's been going on for a year.
He keeps saying he'll get a sleep study done. Lately, it's been as bad as when our babies were first born.

I mean, my husband still needs to do that sleep study but in the meantime, these ear plugs have been such a help.

I've used frownies for a while. I could only ever use the between the brow ones as the others were uncomfortable and fell off during the night. I got a good result with Frownies but getting them to stick and then getting them off, not so great.These stick and they come right off in the morning. I can make one rectangle one stick between my eyebrows for 4 or 5 nights. After the first night, it loses some of its stickiness so I apply a drop of moisturizer to it and stick it on. It stays. On the 3rd night I washed the patch and it got stickier. Hard to complain about that. I think 4 or 5 nights max on the rectangle one is probably the max for me. Between my former use of frownies and now these, I have no frown lines... when I'm not frowning. And therein lies the difference between these and Botox. With botox (which I haven't had for over a year), I can't frown much so the lines don't crease over and over again. With these, yeah, they get relaxed and refreshed and the creases are gone, but I can still make creases by frowning. I've gotten pretty good at remembering not to frown
I used the ones that go around your mouth for the first time last night. Felt MUCH better than the frownies brand and stayed on all night. I was expecting nothing. Those nasal labial folds aren't going anywhere fast without some kind of dermal filler that I don't want to spring for just now. I was shocked when I woke up and they were smoothed out. It didn't last of course. I didn't expect it to. It was ONE night. But just the fact that they could spend 8 hours NOT folded is a pretty cool thing. We'll see if there's any real difference with continued use. Somehow I doubt it.
For what they are, they're great. Will they take all the lines out of your face the way Botox or dermal fillers would? No, but there is a definite difference, which beats the heck out of no difference. :)
In my experience, the best results are achieved by:
1. Allowing your night cream to absorb a little before attaching the patches.
2. Do facial exercises on a daily basis. You'll find some easy to follow videos on You Tube.
3. Drink plenty of water and use products which will moisturize and plump up your skin. My favorites are Lancome Genifique Concentrate and Shiseido Bio Performance Super Restoring Cream.
Don't be discouraged by the "As Seen On TV Images". This product is far better than the first impression...

* 5/12 I had to update this review because I think they changed something about these patches. The last 2 batches I got felt a bit different and did not stick as well. Somehow I came across these and figured for $10-15 I may as well try them, I never used anything like it thinking it would be super uncomfortable. These little pads are actually quite comfortable, they sick on well and are easy to remove. I had no issue reusing them a second night and I know I will get at least 1 more use from them.
I put them on before bed and woke up to way less lines in my face. My forehead line was smoothed away and my laugh lines were a bit fainter. Last night I did my eyes and it worked very well, I now know how hard I am on my face in my sleep. It's quite scary.
The only downfall to these is that if you have sensitive skin they may leave redness. I know my laugh lines were left a bit red so I didn't use the pads there again the next night, I switched them to my eyes. I think the delicate skin around the eyes maybe sensitive to these pads every night too. This is defiantly a case by case product, not all skin responds the same to everything and you may have no redness at all.

At first I loved the fresh, strong smell and the fact that it's a cold pack as well, but I found out after only a couple hours of use that the lavender bits inside can stick through the material! I purchased this sleep aid product on the strength of the reviews on amazon. All with no prior review history ...hmmmmmmm.....I smell something going on here .So, I have tried it twice now . First time was with one tablet, which was a waste of time really. No difference in sleep gained from before. Second time was at 2 tablet level. Results were very very disappointing . Could not fall asleep any faster with Sleep RX , in fact I found that is was in some ways keeping me up longer. Now factor in increased burn out feeling and irritabilty next day , you heard correct. All in all a very poor product and very expensive to boot . There are many better quality more effective sleep aids on the market . Stick with them .

This is a great replacement part for something you want to have renewed regularly. Make sure that you have the Swift II if buying this one, or else you will need to get the Swift II holder as it does not fit in the original Swift. I bought this inflatable pillow -two actuallyfor a hiking trip, so we used them in the bus, as a travel pillow, and then tried it as a traditional pillow during 5 nights, since we couldn't carry much items to our extreme hiking trip and would be using tents and sleeping bags. This said, I inflated-deflated the pillows about 5 times, since we'd sleep at a different location each day. It was veeery comfortable!It was easy to inflate and deflate, and very secure. Even if the 'cap' loosens while you're sleeping, it won't deflate, since you have to press the tube with your fingers in order to deflate it (like turning the opening from round to oval). It's really easy to fold after you deflate it, so you can store it in its little 'bag'.
I'll love using it for plane trips, since I was never keen to buy a traditional travel pillow because of the hassle of carrying it all the way, but this is really easy to store in my own purse.
The material is nice and soft, and seems durable.

I could not get this pillow to inflate. It came with no inflation instructions, and blowing in it did nothing. I tried poking it with an ice pick to make a hole. That did nothing. I thought of sending it back, but given the difference between my postage cost and the cost of the pillow, it hardly seemed worthwhile. Dr. Thompson's research and development of this (and his other) CD sets is incredible! I have played this for group meditations I have conducted, to relax (and loaned and recommended to others who have had stress issues &/or problems relaxing), for those with chronic pain & sleep disorders. I've even gotten my dentist to buy other works of Dr. Thompson's for use in his office to help his patients relax, and he's reported it has been very effective!
In addition, I used it after major surgery both before and post-surgery. I wanted to be as relaxed and as comfortable as possible before and after surgery. Because of the relaxing properties, I would not allow the doctor to use the CDs on the overhead in the Operating Room (OR), as I was sincerely concerned about it over-relaxing the surgical team. My surgeon laughed about it, and we left it in my portable CD player under the gurney, and it was the first thing I asked for after my surgery. It was amazing the amount of pain this music & some hot blankets on an abdomin relieved after I had my hysterectomy!!! When the surgeon saw me the next day, he made a comment about what I had said about being concerned the Theta or Delta (I can't recall which one I had in the CD player, as I have them all!) may make the surgical team a bit too relaxed. He laughed, and so I challenged him to borrow my CDs and to listen to them that night. The next day, he came into my room and said he'd slept better than he had in a long time, and his wife, who normally had difficulties sleeping, had too! (I told him to put it on repeat so it would play all night, which is what I do sometimes with soft headphones.) He asked where he could get a copy, and I gave him the information and told him he could find it here, or at a couple of local metaphysical stores.
He said he was going to consider using it with all his patients, as I recovered so much easier and faster, and had an easier time with my surgery than other patients especially considering I also have a chronic pain condition & a sleep disorder! I slept very well, and a week later spent the day at the park with a friend at an event for world peace! (the only real problem I had was with the horribly greasy hospital food I was given, which caused severe pain that not even a maximum dose of morphine couldn't touch! NEVER eat greasy foods after abdominal surgery!)
I would recommend any (actually ALL) of Dr. Thompson's CDs to everyone (except for the ones with classical music, unless one likes this kind of music.) But ESPECIALLY for anyone who works in the health field, with anxiety, sleep disorders or other health problems where sleep and relaxation is an issue. Massage therapists, spas & schools would also do well to have these CDs in their facilities. I put a LAN party of soda and pizza-filled teenagers to sleep with the Delta set!
If I could give these CDs all 100 stars, I would, as they are simply that wonderful!

In the beginning, I did mindfulness meditation with Thompson's music and improved my concentration somewhat but not much. I only made significant progress by getting guided meditation books from the library and using visualisations along with Thompson's Theta Meditation 2-CD set, which I highly recommend. I'm giving this set a 3-star rating because it is much darker and gloomier than his Theta set. Apart from the relaxing Alpha CD, the others are overly permeated with rain and thunder, and in the theta set punctuated with sinister grunts and snapping twigs. When I am doing my visualisations, I invariably end up dressed like Kate Beckinsale in the movie Underworld and walking through rainy bogs, marshes and swamps. That is not to say this is necessarily bad, but I prefer meeting my spirit guides in a sunny meadow.
The big surprise for me was meditating to the Delta CD. You can meditate to this CD if you take a long nap and drink some strong coffee. I can't vouch for anyone else, but this CD puts me into a trance that is beyond words, thoughts or visual imagery. Unfortunately, the delta CD is the creepiest of all, with synthesizer melodies that Thompson perhaps channelled from another dimension. It's a little scary, so I don't meditate to this one that often. To date I've not had any luck with the Awakened Mind CD.I have been enjoying these CD's for some time now and have felt less stressed and more rested than I was without them. I have given this set of CD's to friends with anxiety and sleep problems and all have reported back that they love the Brainwave Suite and have had great results because of them.
I've been so pleased with the CD's, I've purchased other brainwave entrainment sets offered by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson.

I wish there was a 4 1/2 stars rating this is really good, but not the best. I bought this set and the Brainwave Symphony at the same time primarily so I could sleep on airplane red-eye flights.I found that the sleep CD in this set has some very slightly startling sounds that make me listen more actively than I want. Just when I'm about to fall asleep a fish jumps or a bird chirps and it catchs my attention. I keep not getting around to trying the other disks for other purposes.
So, if you are just looking for an alpha-wave sleep inducing CD you might want to try something else before this set. If you are already familiar with this kind of relaxation music, and like new-age and natural sounds music, then this is a great set.

The other positive reviews here are spot on in addition to those positive reviews I would like to add that this cd set has proven very useful for when I have migraines. I would recommend anyone who suffers from migraines to try this. It doesn't replace the medications (for me) but it does help with support and coping during an attack I find it helps to shorten some attacks. For this purpose the Relaxation and Meditation CD seems to be the most effective in the set, but each of the tracks have helped.

Foremost, a note regarding the excessive amount of reviews for this product: the seller is offering a coupon to those that review their products on Amazon (positive or negative reviews are accepted). But, I believe I may be able to shed a bit of light on this:Liftmode is, without question, the most potent brand of Phenibut available on the market. I have tried numerous brands (mostly the Primaforce brand capsules) and nothing compares to this when it comes to quality and purity. It is so potent, in fact, that I would caution inexperienced Phenibut users that, if this is to be their introduction to the compound, they must use it sparingly! Seriously. You won't need much of this. Even experienced users would be wise to know that this is, most likely, going to be the strongest Phenibut you've used.
In fact, Liftmode, would do better, I believe, to offer some sort of serving suggestions with their product. While I knew enough after my first experience with their brand to carefully monitor my intake, I worry that new users won't heed this advice. While I understand that Liftmode sells all of their products with the caveat that they are to be used only be those experienced with the said compounds; we all know that this is not going to be the case. So, I will say once again: if you're looking for Phenibut to experiment with or to party with this is NOT the brand for you. If you don't know what you're doing, you could take too much. It comes with a scoop and that's it. There's no indication as to HOW MUCH is in that scoop. Are you taking a half gram? A gram? Get a scale if you're not sure. Seriously!
While one can't really "overdose" on Phenibut, the effects of taking too much can certainly be unpleasant. In a worst case scenario, you might feel nauseous, very dizzy, suddenly exhausted and just generally unpleasant (all of this will pass given time)...you may even puke. The next day, the hangover can also be pretty uncool. A general malaise and insomnia might follow.

As a chronic pain sufferer i have to take a dose of narcotics that would be instantly fatal to the average person , more than 60 times the dose that you would get for painful dental work or a broken bone. This is an excellent source of magnesium which provides a number of health benefits. Some obvious and some not so obvious. I have been using this product for almost a week now and my only complaint is that I didn't find pit about it sooner! First, a bit about myself. I am a 45 year old black woman, suffering from gout, constipation, fibrmyalgia, muscle cramps, brain fog and horrible insomnia, along with chronic depression and yes I am overweight, yes folks I am a hot mess!I found out about CALM from an article about the five vitamins and supplements that our bodies need the most, I was already taking four of them, so that made me feel good and when I read about CALM, I was like great this may be just what I need, especially after I read about all of the possible benefits that were to be achieved after taking CALM.

I have tried many different products such as inflamarest and one other product that I can not remember. Relaxall seems to really make me VERY relaxed. Actually, I only take it before bed because it will normally knock me out!!!! Just makes me that drowsy....but I take it to relax my muscles...I tend to have a lot of muscle spasms and tenseness.
