I'm not all that enthused about using my CPAP, but since I must I'm happy to finally have the right size headgear. For some unknown reason my local supplier gave me one that was way too large, which caused me to make multiple adjustments to it during the night. So much for the CPAP helping me get a better night's rest. My DH, who also uses a CPAP, said the pink color made me look cuter than the standard navy blue one. HA! I doubt anything about it is cute, but he was sweet to make me smile.

This is the most comfortable head strap I have ever used and I have been on a CPAP for more than 7 years. It doesn't seem to create any pressure points on my head.

C Pap Chin Strap

I didn't really want to give it 5 stars, but at this point there is only one other review and that review is unfair. I will update this after I've used the strap more, but after one night, this strap is fine--it does its job as advertised. The box says, "gently cradles your jaw to keep mouth closed," "adjustable to fit anyone," and "soft and comfortable material." These are all facts. The quality should be a little better. For me, the second piece going around the back of the head is critical to keep the strap in position during the night. The main strap going over the top of the head needs to be position slightly forward so it does not slide towards the back of the head, lower the tension against my draw. Again, only 1 night, and I'll update, but this strap works for me so far.

This product did not fit or work properly. Even tightening the straps did not help. The material was too flimsy and the material just stretched out and did not hold in my chin.

This is the type of product CPAP users need to prevent mouth breathing. However, there are two problems with this product. One is the that the back strap velcro has to fasten to the strap material--not to a matching velcro patch. Second, the material seems to stretch too much with use. It's better than nothing, and slightly better than an elastic bandage with a safety-pin, but I'm looking for something better.

This is similar in design to my CPAP mask already. I don't always wear / need my mask. Top piece was OK not great, but the piece that goes behind the head barely had any grip at all. Shame this could work fairly well if a little more was spent on ensuring quality and slightly improved design.

For those with intractable insomnia, I suppose a Diphenhydramine product and a Melatonin product could be combined to give a turbo-charged sleeping pill. I have not tried this combination myself, but it should help anyone with chronic insomnia fall asleep.

I have three things to say about this clock:

3. It's *ridiculously* bright. There are two settings on this clock, Really Bright and OH-MY-GOD-AM-I-IN-TIMES-SQUARE? bright. It cast a shadow of me on the wall while I slept. If you keep the clock across the room from you, maybe it wouldn't be so bad, but mine is on my bedside table and it was like sleeping with a flashlight in my eyes.

I'm not kidding, I could read by it in bed.

The clock projection is mounted on the wrong side of the clock. This would have been an ideal clock except that the project can be tilted only at a 90 degree angle, allowing the projection on the wall behind the clock. If you need to see the time on the ceiling, you have to turn the clock around backwards to have the time project overhead. I returned this clock to Amazon for a Sony Projector Nature Sounds Dream Machine which has a 180-degree range of motion in the projector.

My only excuse is that I purchased this Homedics projection clock/radio using a Christmas gift certificate from a brick and mortar store. But I should have at least looked at the Amazon reviews.

I set up the clock radio, it flawlessly acquired the correct time via the atomic clock, and I set the alarm. I set the light setting on the display for the lowest of the two settings, and oriented the projection on the ceiling. As soon as my light was out, it was evident that the bluish lighted display was producing way to much annoying light, and the projection was not helping in that regard. We've had an Emerson projection clock in our household for a couple of years with a red lighted display and projection which produces no such problem.

Finally, by the early hours of the morning, I'd had enough. The comment someone made about Homedics clocks producing enough light to make shadow puppets was apt. The only good thing I can say about it was that it made enough light so that I had little trouble in what would have otherwise been the dark to find the cord and plug and pull it out of the outlet, so that I could finally turn off that blasted over-bright display and properly relax for a bit of sleep.

It is going back to the store at the next opportunity. And I won't make assumptions that nobody could mess up the manufacture of something as simple as a clock display. I'll read the reviews next time and steer clear of Homedics clocks.

This is a very poor quality product. The alarm could only be set once. When I tried to change the alarm set time it would not change. I then tried clearing everything by removing the battery. Not only would the alarm still not reset, but now the time and date could not be set. Typical chinese made garbage. This product is so bad that Michigan based HoMedics must know that it doesn't work and just doesn't care. Wish I still had my receipt--now all I can do is throw it in the trash.

Laneige Water Sleeping Pack EX 80ml

I don't know how to describe it, but this sleeping mask has a floral? scent that I'm not fond of at all (hate fragranced products). The smell is pretty strong at first, but then fades away after a few seconds and doesn't become bothersome at all. I use the sleeping pack at the end of my beauty regime to seal in all the goodies I've slathered on my face (toner, serum, moisturizer, eye cream). Although I initially found the smell to be distracting, as someone with very dry skin, its hydrating properties definitely made it a part of my routine. It glides on like a gel, giving you a very dewy look, but not the kind you want to go out in public in (who goes out in public with a face mask anyway?). The gel feels cool to the touch and slowly absorbs into the skin within an hour while giving you that refreshing feeling. Once the mask is absorbed, I have no problems tossing and turning in bed at night. And when I wake up and wash my face in the morning, I can feel the mask dissolve with a splash of water, which signals that it really locked in all the moisture. Plus my skin feels great.

This mask works like some of the super expensive creams and serums I've tried from makeup counters in department stores, but its only a little more expensive than one of the nicer drugstore brands (Olay or Roc, etc.)

My skin is baby soft in the morning and this mask is so pleasant to put on right before I go to sleep at night. You only need a dime size amount for your whole face, so the tub lasts a while.

I found this originally in duty-free on the way back from Hong Kong to the United States...I'm so glad I did! This is certainly one of the best kept secrets of Asian cosmetics.

The Body Shop Aloe Soothing Night Cream, 1.7 Ounce

2. This was too heavy for my skin(combination).

3. I started having acne after using this. (After I discontinued this, acne started fading away with time, and did not reappear)

I've been looking for a replacement lotion for awhile and this is definitely it. I have extremely dry/psoriasis skin and I was previously using Creme de la Mer. I wanted to stop using Creme de la Mer because of the terrible ingredients, ridiculous price and the fact that I'm in my early 20's and really don't need to be using a powerful wrinkle reducer. I tried a few other lotions and then stumbled upon The Body Shop's Aloe line. I've used other Body Shop products in the past and did not like them. The Aloe line however is simply phenomenal. I've been using a combination of the night cream & day cream everyday for the past few months and it has done a wonderful job keeping my skin moisturized. It has also lightened the redness on my cheeks a bit. The night cream has a bit of a weird smell to it, but the day cream has no smell at all. Both creams are also rated a 1 on the cosmetics database, which is excellent. My only complaint about this lotion & the day version is that they make my skin itch a bit after I apply them. Also be aware that both the day & night cream are basically geared towards people with dry skin. My friend, who has oily skin, tried the day cream and hated it. It made her break out quite badly. Definitely look into this product and/or the day cream if you have dry skin though!

White Poly/Cotton Foam Bed Wedge Pillow COVER ONLY - 24 x 24 x 12

These are pretty pricey for being made out of cheap white fabric. A higher thread count or a nice print fabric would have made a big difference.

After a few washes, the seams started to unravel and come apart. The fabric also started to pill badly and became very rough. Would not recommend except there doesn't seem to be a better option unless you make your own. Too bad.

I bought this cover to use as a sample to make my own cover to match our bedding. But it is versatile. I suggest not DRYING the cover. It is a tad bit hard to put back on, but in the end worked very well.

Flents Siesta Mask #404

I bought this product about a year ago, since my room had venetian blinds that would let light in well before I wanted to wake up. As far as sleep masks go, it functioned wonderfully; it was comfortable, had a snug fit without being painful, and you can bet no light got through.

So, why only 3 stars? Because a few months after I bought it, something strange happened: the elastic straps on the mask began wearing away. And I mean really wearing away; when touched, the straps left a dark, sticky mess on my fingers that was very difficult to remove. It stained so badly, there's even traces of it still on my pillowcase, several months after I got rid of the horrid mask.

So, basically: if you're looking for a cheap sleep mask you're only going to use a little bit, go ahead. If you want something that will last, look for something else, because if you keep using it, it WILL stain.

I couldn't do without these. Other eye masks, including the easier-to-find (in drugstores) yet pricier Flents "Sleep Mask," are less comfortable than the Siesta. They are harder, let more light in, and don't form a soft, comfortable quailty feeling over the eyes. I'm so glad the Siestas are easy to find online, because they went from hard-to-impossible to find in retail stores years ago.

In maybe one in five of the Siestas I will find that one of the straps snap off almost immediately. And another occasional problem (rarely seen lately) is getting a mask that seems to be missing the cushiony feeling, i.e., it seems krinkly. BUT despite these occasional issues this is still a great and economical product, especially given that you can buy a big supply for a great price at an Amazon merchant (just beware of those merchants that have a supposedly lower price, but are in reality outrageously-priced on multi-unit orders because they add a separate $5-$7 shipping dollar for EACH mask!).

When the mask straps start loosening, as they will do after awhile, the easy solution is to simply create a little knot in each strap, and voila -snug, soft and comfortable again (since I'm not at home as I write this is forget whether that solution is explained in the instructions).

This mask by Flents is extremely light weight, stays in place even after tossing & turning during the night & doesn't seem to cause any uncomfortable pressure for me. I find my sleep is more restful because I have blocked out all indoor & exterior lighting that was visible during the night.

These are very poorly made, must of cost like 50 cents to make, and that is stretching it. Save yourself the aggravation, spend a little more and get a mask that will last a while.

Bach Flower Essences Rescue Sleep

I first tried Rescue Remedy to help me fall asleep at night, which worked well, but Rescue Sleep is even better. Just a couple of sprays as part of my nighttime routine and I feel an overwhelming urge to close my eyes and fall asleep within 15 minutes. Other reasons to love this product:

-I fall asleep and stay asleep all night.

-I wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy.

-If I get woken up in the middle of the night, I can use 2 more sprays, even if I have just a couple of hours until I need to wake up.

-When I run out, my ability to fall asleep is not compromised like it can be after taking other sleep medication.

-It's non-addictive (although being able to fall asleep so effortlessly sure is!).

This is the only brand that works for me. Schiff also makes "Melatonin ULTRA." It is also good, however, it contains several extra ingredients like valerian root. I prefer to keep my valerian separate so I can choose whether I need to take that or not in addition to the melatonin (valerian provides for even deeper sleep, which can be good but it also leaves me a bit groggy the next day at times. Also valerian sometimes causes rather strange dreams which can ultimately be more disruptive to my sleep than not taking the valerian at all). Your results may vary, but for me there is no other melatonin product out there worthwhile.

I have been taking Melatonin as needed for 10 yrs. This product, by far, is so much better than the kind that you buy at your local grocery/drug store.

I tried this product after reading great reviews on another site. I was using a different natural product, but this was cheaper, so I decided to give it a try. Although I was very hopeful that this product would alleviate annoying knee pain while sleeping, the product was unable to satisfy my needs. First, the product is NOT soft-in fact, it is really nothing more than a mid-grade set of athletic knee pads with a hole cut out of the pad where (theoretically) your knees would contact. It is very uncomfortable to wear-the material is a tight elastic band that is rough to the skin-just like an athletic knee pad-nothing soft about it. The pad itself is rather thin. It would be helpful if it were thicker and larger. Overall, I found this pad to be disappointing. I originally ordered a large-it was incredibly restrictive, so I ordered an XL, which was not much better. The longest I could tolerate wearing it was about 40 minutes. It was a waste of money for me. If you are looking for a set of knee pads to play competitive volleyball or tile your floor, these might be worth purchasing. If you are looking to relieve knee/back pain...keep looking.

Device is tapered, so the entry end where you put your leg in is slightly bigger than the exit. That helps keep it snug and in place. The material it's self is stretchy and breathable. The pillow/pad is a good density, and has a small indentation to accept the bulge of the joint from your other leg (somebody thought this thing thru!). I've had this for a couple weeks now, and found it comfortable from the first day. The main reason I got it is that the small pillow I was using before, while designed to fit between the knees, would get lost and sometimes fall out of the bed. This stays in place all night.

This is one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" ideas. Anyone who has tenderness in their knees knows how uncomfortable it can be trying to sleep on their side. Problem solved with this knee pillow!

Now its not like you couldn't use a regular pillow and stick it between your legs, but that can be too bulky. So then you might try a smaller pillowbut that doesn't always stay in place!

This product did not work. The picture gives the impression that your legs will lie together in a natural, comfortable poition. The pad is soo thick that your legs don't touch either above or below the knee for two to three inches on either side, leaving the leg unsupported. I could only wear it for about 15 minutes before I had to take it off because of how awkward and uncomfortable it was. There is no way I could sleep with it on. If anything it agrivated my osteoarthritis. Also the outer seam was rough. Save your money.

This product served its purpose. I used them went I sat down or in bed. Therefore, I do not walk in them. From time to time, I will throw them in the washing machine to clean them out anyway. After a couple months, the white is no longer them. I try to blench them and it does not work. Well, they still serve the purpose but it just don't look at that attractive.

The socks don't go over my ankles & the shipping costs were the same as the price of the socks. Not worth it.

I have tried many over the counter sleep aides as well as prescriptions. This has been the most effective for my chemistry. As far as taste, who cares.
