This is the only brand that works for me. Schiff also makes "Melatonin ULTRA." It is also good, however, it contains several extra ingredients like valerian root. I prefer to keep my valerian separate so I can choose whether I need to take that or not in addition to the melatonin (valerian provides for even deeper sleep, which can be good but it also leaves me a bit groggy the next day at times. Also valerian sometimes causes rather strange dreams which can ultimately be more disruptive to my sleep than not taking the valerian at all). Your results may vary, but for me there is no other melatonin product out there worthwhile.

I have been taking Melatonin as needed for 10 yrs. This product, by far, is so much better than the kind that you buy at your local grocery/drug store.

I've been having trouble sleeping for a while now. Bought this product from Costco, and the first night I used it it worked. I fall asleep easily now and stay asleep when I take this product. I highly recommend it to anyone who has difficulty sleeping.

so many unnecessary additives added to it to get government subsidy. tastes really bad and did not help me with sleep, caused me fever and nausea, and i threw up the entire night from taking this product. NOT recommended for normal people, pregnant women, and children. can be dangerous because of all the new ingredients added to it. the worst experience i had with melatonin ever. it saddens me how a over the counter drug can be mutated this way for higher profit in the expense of customer's health.

I have used Schiff Melatonin for years, but this stuff with theanine is not good. Stick with the plain melatonin, this was a wasted purchase.
