In a nutshell, their statement in the description of "100-Percent memory foam pillow" is an outright lie. Memory foam holds the shape with pressure on it and is a dense, heavy foam. When this large box arrived, the wedge was clearly a light, standard foam that these liars were overcharging for. You can find a foam wedge for much cheaper elsewhere on Amazon. On the other hand, returning this large, bulky box to my not-so-nearby UPS store without a car is not feasible, so I'm stuck with it. I jammed it under the mattress to elevate the mattress and it does the job. I give them 1 start for lying on their posting, but then I felt morally obligated to raise it to two stars because they promptly refunded me when they realized their mistake. If you are reading this review and they changed their description to a "regular foam wedge", then they are no longer misrepresenting the product and it is truly a regular foam wedge.

I ordered this because I have GERD or acid reflux and need to keep my upper torso propped up at night.This wedge pillow has been great! It's supportive, but not too stiff or too high. I sleep with my regular pillow on top of it, so I can still sleep on my side or put my arms around my pillow.
I did need to air out this pillow when I first got it, but the factory smell went in just a couple of days.
I think it's really made a difference in keeping the stomach acid out of my throat at night. I've been coughing and wheezing a lot less since I've been using it.

I bought this pillow as a reading pillow since I don't have a desk, only my bed to do all my homework or read. My back would be killing me and so I decided to buy something that would help. It honestly made all the difference in the world. My back is finally leaving me alone, and I am a lot more comfortable for a longer period of time. I also use it to relieve the pressure on my lower back and I often sleep with it under my legs, again it really helps.When you will first receive the pillow, there will be a strong smell, but I left it outside for a few hours and used febreeze and it was much better! I strongly recommend this product!

For the price, I am well pleased with this pillow. I can use it for reading with a normal pillow stacked at it's top, or with a very thin (or old in my case) pillow for an elevated sleep when I have a head cold to allow drainage. It's not too high (I think 7in is about as tall as I could tolerate for sleeping). It's not overly firm (I bought a true 100% memory foam pillow from Amazon, and the thing is like a brick. I sit on it on the couch to try to break it in but it's pretty obstinate), and gives just enough for "Ah!" immediate comfort when I lay against it. I've had upper back/lower neck pain on and off for years. Whenever I use this device, I get relief that lasts the whole next day. I also noticed less cracking in the neck. I find that the tension doesn't have to be super high for the device to be effective. Usually I listen to a podcast or read while I wear it. It is somewhat uncomfortable as it squeezes the head, and you probably should wear some sort of a nightguard to protect your teeth, but I don't think that the design with rails is much better. I also use an inversion table by Weslo and it complements NeckPro well. The inversion table helps more with the lower back and hip joints while NeckPro takes care of the neck and upper back. Highly recommended.

Neckpro Cervical Traction Device arrived in my mailbox, two days after being ordered. It adjusts to any door thickness using two wing screws. I use my steel front door because of its strength. Assembly couldn't be simpler. Look at instructions carefully. Put mounting bracket in center of door. Close door. Adjust wing screw with fingers to secure bracket to door. Place a straight back chair against door. Hook in the traction device to the click in hook. Notice that the tension can be released by clicking the switch at the top of the traction device. Make sure that you know how to do this before proceeding. The cervical collar takes a little trial and error to figure out, but it can only work one way, so eventually you'll figure it out. Notice the placement of the velcro straps, and that will help you. My results in only two days are nothing short of phenomenal. Waaaay better than my expectations. Proceed slowly with the tension, when first using. Unlike many other users, I have not had one bit of discomfort with the cervical collar. I place it around my head, and put a minimal tension on the collar. I adjust it to hit just under my chin, so that it doesn't hurt. I do not clinch my teeth. Sit up straight and pull the cord until tension is achieved. I almost go to sleep when using. My first observation was a feeling of increased blood flow to my neck. Nothing popped in my spine. All pain in my neck and shoulder joint ceased immediately. I feel like the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz, after being lubed up with his oil can sweet relief. I use this about 10 minutes at a time, while watching TV. I have really noticed an immediate improvement in my neck pain, easing of my shoulder pain. The "crick" in my neck is almost totally gone. My sleep has improved. The extreme pain in my right shoulder socket has just about left completely. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. Read the instructions, know how to release the winch pressure, adjust the collar for comfort before applying tension, apply pressure cautiously, relax and be calm. Feel the pulsing of increased blood flow in your neck. Turn you head gently from side to side. Notice that there is no grinding, or sandy feeling in your neck. I have a bulging disc around my C7. It will pinch the nerve cause numbness down my left arm and minor shoulder spasms. The Dr. Recommended starting with traction first. This unit is very comfotable and is better than the waterbag style. I use it at least twice a day and as needed and it relieves the pressure on my discs and takes the pressure off the bulging discs. The only draw back is that you really dont know how much weight the traction unit is applying but since I have used the waterbag type first, I can sense that the weight pull is similar to that maxing out around 25lbs. I tried Travacor and had a bad reaction. Could not sleep at all, felt heart racing. My homeopath doctor tested me later for the individual ingredients in Travacor and I am allergic to L Theanine which is in Travaor. The Travacor label does not indicate how much Theanine, Taurine or 5 HTP is in the formula. I am probably unusual that I am allergic to L Theanine which is in green tea.I gave the product one star to due the label not providing amounts for the the three indicated items. First of all, you HAVE to have your neurotransmitters tested and the testing company has to recommend you take Travacor. You can't just randomly take a product that will affect your neurotransmitters without knowing which ones are too high, too low, or normal. My levels of serotonin, PEA and epinephrin were too low, and my glycine was way too high. My symptoms were: For the past 4 months, and getting worse as time went by, I couldn't fall asleep or stay asleep, my heart was palping, and pulse was always high. When I first took this product (one capsule), an hour before bed, as recommended, I had hot flashes about 1 and 1/2 hours later. This caused me to panic, and of course, I couldn't sleep. A while back my doctor suggested I try Travacor for night time (sleep& anxiety) and Adrecor for fatigue and maybe stress related depression. So I took both and was feeling very good. Later on I decided to stop for a while and see how I felt. I agree that the light color could be a problem with soiling, but I compensate for that by putting another pair of socks on over them. Let me offer something a little different in my review of these toe-spreading socks. Most reviewers describe whether the socks work for them in terms of relieving foot pain, controlling bunions, increasing their energy, or whatever. I won't address those factors. Like any over-the-counter product touted to have beneficial effects on the human body, "your mileage may vary." Just because one person sees positive results doesn't mean another one will experience the same thing, and vice versa.Instead, I'll say a few words about their quality and durability. After more than a year of nightly wear at about seven hours per night, and a large but uncounted number of washings, the socks have held up remarkably well. They have not stretched out at all. The elastic bands around the calf and toe areas are still as tight as they were when new. None of the stitching has failed, the toe separator loops remain firmly attached at both ends and there is no evidence of the fabric getting thin in the heel. This is impressive quality. Both my wife and I have had other socks wear out within a few months of light use, but these are still going strong.
There are really only two signs of wear. First, the fabric has "pilled" quite a bit, with little knots of fibers all over the socks. It's purely a cosmetic effect. One could remove the "pills" if one wanted to, but it's hardly worth the effort. The other sign of their advanced age and heavy use is that the toe separator loops have permanently compressed a little bit, thus slightly reducing the amount of spreading they provide.
Based on more than a year of use, these socks have proven to be exceptionally durable and of very high quality. You may or may not choose to buy them based on whether you believe they will benefit you or not. But if you decide to go for them, you need not have any questions about whether they will hold up to regular use. In my experience, they definitely will.

I bought these socks after I read about them in the airline magazine. I started yoga about 3 months ago and bought these to help spread my toes. I wear them about once a week for an hour around the house. When I take them off, I can see that my toes are more spread (good for balance and aesthetically it takes away the appearance of bunions). I don't see the socks as a cure for bunions and certainly the yoga postures require on-going practice, but these socks are super comfy and are a good supplement to aid me in my yoga practice. I've always had the makings of some pretty amazing bunions (thank you, ballet....and Mom's high arches), but only recently did they become painful and worrisome, which is how I began cruising the interweb in search of non-surgical relief options. My doctor suggested a device something like this to help improve my breathing. My understanding of my symptoms are that basically my breathing was too shallow and needed to be improved. I ADORE the Chillow. I'm pregnant and constantly hot at night... I got this in my 8th month but I wish I'd gotten it sooner! To the reviewer who put it in the freezer, the directions very clearly say NOT to do this, as it damages the integrity of the product. Now, there are a few drawbacks to the Chillow that are worth mentioning:1) The exact spot you're sleeping on "loses its cool" after about an hour, but that gives you plenty of time to fall asleep. If you wake up in the middle of the night, just move your head over a few inches into a cool spot, no problem. By morning the whole thing is room temperature, but that doesn't really matter -it's cold again at night when you need it to be.
2) I use mine inside the pillowcase and the thing weighs a TON! Normally I flip my pillow around a lot at night and this would be almost impossible with the Chillow inside, but since the Chillow makes the pillow so nice and comfy and cool, I don't need to flip my pillow any more. Moot point.
3) I found the "set up" of the Chillow a bit of a drag. I thought I would open the box, put it in my pillowcase and be ready to go, but the process of filling it and getting the air out to create a vacuum is a bit laborious. The directions also say you may have to do it every few weeks. It's still a small price to pay in my opinion.
Having said all that, I would still buy this product again in an instant. (And it may become my new gift to all pregnant women!) In fact, even if it broke tomorrow I'd still buy another one. My nights have become SO much more restful, and that's priceless!

I got the Chillow because I've always liked a cold pillow. It does feel VERY good, nice & cold. It doesn't stay cold all night in the same spot; You still have to turn your pillow around during the night to get the "cold spot". If you are one who scrunches up your pillow, I don't think it would work for you. You have to leave your pillow flat. Also, it makes the pillow very heavy, because the Chillow is filled with water. This doesn't really matter, except when you're making the bed, the pillow is much heavier than normal. I bought this for my husband because my body heat tends to make him too hot at night. I would definitely buy this product again, but hopefully they will continue to improve on it.Pros:
It is wonderfully cool in the beginning, almost too cool if your pillow case isn't thick enough. You can use it under your head or neck, between your thighs, etc. wherever you feel the warmest. Or save it for the middle of the night when you wake up hot.
By the time it starts to lose it's coolness, most likely you'll have already fallen asleep. Not everyone uses it while sleeping. It would be great for sunburns.
No refrigeration or batteries required, you can just keep it beside your bed or in your pillow case ready to go.
Soft foam insert is comfortable to lay on.
Cons:
It does lose it's coolness after some time, warming to your body temperature, but it's still more effective than an ice pack, cool wash cloth, fan, etc. To re-cool just keep it away from your body for a few hours.
It's heavy. You have to pour water into it to soak the foam insert in order to activate the cooling feature (a one-time activity). Not such a big deal though because you usually leave it in one place and just lay on it.
After a few nights of sleeping on it, the foam insert can start to bunch up inside the Chillow and it's hard to lay it flat again because there is just a quarter-sized opening to it. I end up having to manipulate it from the outside to get it flat again. This probably also depends on how much you toss and turn when you sleep though.
In spite of the cons, my husband has used the Chillow every night since I gave it to him and has had a much easier time falling asleep. Given the price, I'd still recommend it because I think the pros outweigh the cons and I haven't found anything as effective.

This night time tea lotion is my favorite product that Bath and Body sales. If you are looking for a perfume smell, this is not for you...it is more of a relaxing scent that you can't get enough of. I bought this product because of a tight budget. After I got got home, I noticed that it said it contained "Kava Kava," NOT "Kavaloctones" which are the active ingredients extracted from the Kava root. So, because I have had tasted true Kava before, I opened one of the capsules. It did not have any taste of Kava. It appeared to be cornstarch or some other neutral filler. Sobakawa Cloud Pillow
This pillow definitely helped me sleep better. Since it supports my head/neck/shoulders so well, i could feel my breathing improve the very first night I used it. I had a feeling i wasn't getting proper sleep (possibly due to sleep apnea) and after using this pillow the first night i realized that my sleeping position was impacting my airway and i could feel how much easier it was to breath. Also I've been using it for about two weeks and the quality of my sleep has improved greatly. I woke up the first morning and each day after realizing what it felt like to get a good nights rest after a long time of being exhausted in the AM. I have been sleeping on the Sobakawa Cloud Pillow for three weeks and I like it very much. I do not use it alone, but place a normal sized medium soft pillow under it. Our ND recommended Kavinace for our special needs 11-yr-old, who has never truly slept through the night. I've been using phenibut for PTSD for 4 years and it really is amazing for temporary anxiety and depression. I take about 1.5 grams and the feeling for me is both relaxing and uplifting, similar to drinking 2 beers. It takes about 3 hours to set in but amazingly the feeling lasts the entire day for me. I have frustrating word recall issues as a side effect but DMAE and Rhodiola completely resolve this problem. After experimenting with 500mg Shizandrol it seems to help as well. EDIT..My last order was repackaged primaforce. The bad primaforce with the rancid smell and very low potency. I know it was repackaged because they LEFT THE PRIMAFORCE SCOOPER MEASURING SPOON IN THE PACKAGE. It was an off white horrible smelling powder..Not the amazing crystal that BYOB was shipping..ANY IDEAS WHERE TO GO?I can only compare this to the primaforce brand as that is my only other experience with phenibut.

This "brand" is all crystals..It looks like table salt.
As for effect it seems to be the same.

I can say it is less bitter than the primaforce brand
