I've long stated that the person who invents a "sleep aid" for toddlers who fight tooth and nail to not go to bed will be a trillionaire. Then my sister-in-law's aunt told me about Melatonin. I read about it on many blogs and was worried that the jury was still out about its safety and use in kids. At 20 years old, I've tried every single over-the-counter sleep aid on the market, including the pill form of Melatonin, and while the majority of them did help me get to sleep, they made it impossible to function the next day and I had to take it every night, sometimes doubling up on the dose.This product is nothing like any of those. I just mix it in with some milk or caffeine free tea (you can't even taste it) and I'm asleep within 10 minutes. I don't even have to take the full dose, but that's probably different for everyone. Two things: Liquid does not reach the marker on the dropper, so you must do 2-1/2 droppers because you cannot do the recommended 2.I seem to be the rare person this item did not work for. It had no effect at all, and neither did the pill form.
