My son needs these to sleep well and this is the one he likes the best for taste and ease of use. Much better price here than getting the little ones in local stores.

It helped him a lot, and made the evenings of his parents pleasant again.
Unfortunately health-insurrances in the Netherlands don't cover the costs of melatonin, and on top of that in the Netherlands melatonin 1mg is not freely sold out on the market; only through the pharmacists at about four times the costs of buying it in the States and having it shipped overseas.
We are pleased with this great stuff!!!
