I was looking for genuine shea butter to moisturize this summer for my tan and boy did I get it! It is the most genuine shea I've seen or purchased and just a little goes a long way as it literally melts on you skin. The addition of the lavender scent is amazing and does relax me when I'm moisturizing before bed. I adore this product line and I particularly love this product.
This heating pad has worked great for me in the 2 months I've had it. I have an achy back and I lie on the pad to help me go to sleep at night. (Yes, I know you're not supposed to do that!) The medium setting is perfect-hot enough to work on my back but not so hot that it's dangerous to sleep on. The auto-shutoff works fine and it would be hard to accidentally change the settings on the control. I haven't tried the moist heat. If you want a flexible pad to wrap around your arm or leg, this would not be the one to buy as the pad is fairly stiff. This works to my advantage, as the previous soft pad I used would wrinkle and bunch up. For what I use it for, this pad is perfect!

We can send people to the moon but apparently the perfect heating pad is still beyond us. I bought this pad for hand/arm/wrist and neck rsi. Plus side: Great size that covers all back and neck; auto shutoff; long cord; 3 heat settings. Minus side: Too stiff to wrap around my arm or wrist; there's no way to turn off the auto shutoff feature which is on the quick side; and it's really just not very hot. I had your standard-issue Walgreens Sunbeam before this one, and it was several factors hotter (if that pad was a the temp of a nice hot bath, this one runs about the temp in in the shower when you know the hot water's about to run out). For one, this product is not the size it's listed as. I bought it for the large 12 x 24 size, but it is only 11 x 20 (the box even says it). Does not come with a strap, either, as stated. Also, it is VERY stiff! If you want it say for the back of your neck, it is very uncomfortable because it won't "wrap" around your neck. The cover is also very cheap polyester. This heating pad is large. Plus, it molds pretty easily in shape. The problem is, it takes a while to warm up and I'm one of those people who like their heating pads HOT. My husband, who doesn't take as warm of showers as I do, likes it, though. So, if you don't like it really hot and you have a fairly big area you want to get warm, this may be the pad for you!

No matter how much I adjusted by trimming the Strssgard II I could not get it to fit comfortably or to stay in my mouth during the night. I would wake up with it sticking out of my mouth in the middle of the night. My problem is more clenching with some grinding so I would also wear during during the day as well. Comfort still was not good wearing during the day since the worst problem I had with the Stressgard II was with the taste of the material it was made of; it made me neausous after an hour or so. I use this Stressgard product in between the expensive custom fit guards. Note: All of the nightguards I've ever tried need to be replaced at some point, expensive or not. I found a better fit with this Stressgard while using it on the bottom jaw/teeth (my custom fit guards fit over top teeth). I didn't notice any peculiar taste. You can always soak your night guard in a diluted moutwash (your favorite wash) mixture if taste bothers you. I like this stressgard as it is inexpensive, can be trimmed, can be used on upper or lower jaw. Custom fitted guards are the best but they seem to be super expensive. Let's face it: sleeping with a bite guard isn't comfortable, you've got to get used to it. StressGard II is flexible and works with minimal discomfort. After a few nights I didn't notice the discomfort. I've had them last anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months. At some point, grinding takes its toll and it has to be replaced. I've had some other brands/models, StressGard II is the least uncomfortable and most flexible. Tip: if you find that it works for you, buy them 2 or 3 at a time.
I have been using a CPAP machine for the last 4 years for my sleep apnea. The CPAP resolved my apnea problem and my snoring problem but I was still not pleased with my sleep patterns. It was the exception for me to get 7 hours of sleep in a night. I determined that my problem was nasal congestion which prevented me from breathing adequately while sleeping. I tried nasal strips but I didn't like how expensive they were and that they were sometimes painful to remove in the morning. After researching nasal dilators, I decided to buy the Snorepin. Initially I had some discomfort in one nostril but I resolved that by cutting the connecting bar between the two cones and tying the two cones together with some fishing line so they can't get too far up my nostrils. This allowed the two cones to move independent from each other. Since then, I haven't had the discomfort and have been sleeping quite a bit better. I can now usually sleep at least 7 hours per night or more. I recommend the Snorepin!

I bought this concealer on a whim, and now I can't be without it. I have very dark circles under my eyes. Nothing ever covered them enough without looking obvious. I found this little item on the same site as I found the Egyptian Magic talking about how fabulous it was and how all of the stars use it, etc. Maybe it works for them but for me, it just sort of runs for my wrinkles and screams, "Oh, hey! We love this tub. We never bothered with the hammock so I can't comment on it. We still use it and she is almost 2 years old! It's a great product cuz it lasts a long time. I used this in the kitchen sink when my baby was a newborn and then we put it in the bathtub when he got older. I also really like the slots for the shampoo, etc... It's big enough that my son could probably fit in it until he's ready for showers. And of course it's cheap.

What's interesting is that there doesn't seem to be a placebo effect with this particular brand of melatonin. A friend gave me a set of these rings after trying them, then later gave me the magnets that go on your feet. As I understand it the polarity of each magnet (two magnets on each ring) have to be set in a certain way. Well first off the plastic ring is cheap and uncomfortable. During the night if your hands cross you end up with the magnets slipping out of the holder and sticking on one of the magnets on the other hand or perhaps both magnets wind up on the other finger making it four magnets on one hand. I never slept a night when this didn't happen so I super glued the rings in guess what the super glue didn't hold them in so I tossed them away. I also tried the foot magnets as well. Very uncomfortable and will not stay on feet. I am not a disbeliever that magnetism could be used to your benefit in some way after all, we all have magnetic energy in and around our body but I don't think these cheap rings are the answer. Alex Chiu sells both the white rings, and the black neodymium rings. Bad idea to start with the black rings if you have a lot of blockages in your qi (including tumors, gallstones, scar tissue, etc).
