It appears that this pillow does what it says it will--stops snorring (at least for those who snore only when lying on their backs). And the support for my neck and shoulders is as good, or maybe better than, my previous orthopedic pillow. I have used this pillow for a few weeks now, and in that time my husband has not complained even once about my waking him up at night--which represents an improvement. The pillow is also odor-free. I'm a satisfied customer.

I find it too confining in terms of positioning and being close to my cuddle partner. The reason for buying this pillow was to hopefully eliminate or greatly minimize my snoring which it has not done. Disappointed in Houston.
