Invacare Sleep-Knit Fitted Hospital Bed Sheets

Invacare Sleep-Knit Fitted Hospital Bed SheetsThis sheet fits smoothly, washes beautifully, is extremely durable and comfortable for the patient, and also adapts perfectly to a regular twin bed.

I have ordered four of these. They are good envelope type hospital bed sheets, but they come with the fitted sheet only. No pillow case, no cover sheet. Not sure who's fault it is about the misleading page.

Who gets Excited Over Sheets?

Well maybe I am the only one who gets excited over sheets! I am disabled & sleep in a hospital bed! I could sleep in a regular bed but I honestly like my hospital bed better. I got it because of my disabilities & to be honest it is easier to get in & out of because of my disabilities! But back to the sheets. I tried just using twin bed sheets. The top sheet worked fine! A top sheet is a top sheet. That is a no brainer! What difference is a top sheet going to make unless you care about the thread count--which I do. But that is another review! Anyway, the fitted sheet for a twin bed does not fit a hospital bed! On my bed, a corner would pop off every day! My aunt has a Specialty Bed of some sort. I won't mention the name. Anyway, she got dorm sheets for hers. She says that those work nicely for her except for when she raises the top of the bed. Then she says the sides of that fitted sheet pull up. Well, the Invacare Sleep Knit Fitted Hospital Bed Sheet is not at all like that! It is made out of the same material that Tee shirts are made from. The corners are like pockets. When you first put it on, be sure to really pull it down over the corners. I had a problem with that the first time because I didn't really understand the pocket concept! I just thought the edges of the sheet looked weird. Then, be sure to tuck the sides in. Then you don't have to worry about anything if you raise the head or foot. That sheet isn't going anywhere! This sheet should work on hospital or any of those beds that require dorm sheets because beds that require dorm sheets need them because they are longer than a normal bed! I use the top sheets that I already had from twin bed sheets. I wasn't going to buy more of them. But I will definitely buy this item again & I highly recommend it to anyone who has a hospital bed or a specialty bed! Now I also had a mattress protector under my sheet! I recommend that too! Happy sleeping!
