Love all the ZZZ therapy products and I am ordering more today. Very relaxing , calming fragrance. Have used these products for several years and am only disappointed that they are only available by mail in my area.
My only issue is that the sprayer doesn't really reach to the back of the throat unless you have it half way in your mouth. You end up having to spray it 5-6 times and then swallow to get it to coat properly. Once your throat is coated properly, it works great.

When my husband developed a snoring habit it was almost impossible for me to get a good nights rest. It would get so bad that I would have to sleep on the couch! Yeah I didn't believe half the stuff written about this product but I decided to give it a shot. I am SOOOO glad I did! I have Lyme's Disease and I am fighting it with antibiotics, exercising, & nutrition. I have not slept 1 full night in about a year now until I tried this product. They are not perfect, but there is currently no other product on the market that fills this niche. "Tranquileyes" consists of rubbery-goggles (in your choice of color) that are lined with foam around the edges and are held on by a black adjustable nylon fabric strap. This product is a great "idea" but I am not pleased with it. The re-heatable gel packs do not hold the heat long enough to be effective. The gel packs are too thin to stay warm for more than 5-10 minutes, max. Bummer! This product was recommended by my eye doctor as part of my treatment for dye eyes. Using CPAP sleep apnea masks that leaked air onto my eyes gave me windburn on one eye, and an infected ulcer on the other. I am so glad to find TranquilEyes goggles! So much more comfortable than taping my eyelids shut. To work for me, I had to cut an extra eyepad in half crosswise and wet it with distilled water, then squeeze out any excess waterput. I put it on top of the pad already in the goggles. Worked great! Kept my eyelids shut and protected my corneas. These goggles don't fit with all CPAP masks however. My mask is a full face mask, and covers mouth, nose, and eyes. So I removed the goggles strap, and just laid the goggles into the mask, and put on the mask. I found this product unhelpful and since you can't return it due to hygiene issues I would not spend this kind of money for what is basically a sleep mask.
Valerian Root if you don't already know, is a sleep inducer. If your having difficultly trying to get to sleep, take 2 of these and within about 30 minutes your out cold. When you wake up the next morning, there is no "medicine head" feel to it, you don't wake up feeling groggy. I love it, since I have to take so many medications, take an herbal supplement to help me sleep every once in a while is quite nice.

I use 16cm with a FF Quattro. These (actually this is the wrong size) work very well to reduce leaks. Since I ordered the wrong size the company replaced them promptly, and had them give the others to my DEM for samples. If you have any mask problems this is probably a good solution. I really liked this moisturizer. It didn't tingle or burn when I applied it. And I woke up with soft skin. I have very sensitive skin that is also very dry. Normally other lotions, tingle when i put them on, and disappear overnight, leaving me with dry skin by morning. If that's you, try this lotion. Note: it really is an overnight cream. I've been using it for a year or so now. Took sometime to adjust to. Tends to slip out at night and then is quite tricky to find between sheets and pillows. I've added a black string to it so it's easier to spot and run the string behind my ear. Probably best to keep an extra one bedside so you don't have to look for it. It does work and I won't sleep without it. I snore less, have less headaches and feel much more rested when I wake up. Though not the ideal solution, this is by far the best I've come across, and I've tried many! Make sure you put it back in it's packing tube when unused so it doesn't lose its flex.
