I have problems sleeping all the time. Wake up every night around 2am and can't never go back to sleep. Well I start taking this to see if it work and it does. It dont make me drowsiness but once I close my eyes Im asleep. I might wake up once to use the restroom but I go right back to sleep. In the morning I'm rested and feel great. Oh and I am not a morning person.
