This product helps my body physically and mentally relax when I am awakened by my natural sleep cycles, my 1.5 yr. old and all the unnecessary night time stress and worry my body & mind seem to have no control over. This remedy can be taken every 15 minutes so if I have a couple of doses in one night it's still safe and is non-addictive. I have never woken up groggy or disoriented for the day when I've taken similasan. I decided to purchase the 3 pack and to always have some in the house. Can't recommend it enough.
