Aura Cacia Aromatherapy Mist

Sometimes dried lavender has an undertone that I don't like, musty perhaps? Supermarket lavender sprays are horrible! As you may have guessed, I'm very picky about scent. Aura Cacia makes the best lavender scent I've ever smelled. It's like being in a field of lavender in the morning! I just read the label, it can also be used as a body spray! It would be appropriate for business or daytime use or maybe a little spray before bed and let the lavender lead you to pleasant dreams. Somehow this smells like a modern lavender, more herbal than Yardley soap, a little greener perhaps? Anyway definitely NOT a "Lavender & Old Lace" type fragrance .

I absolutely LOVE this spray! It smells so amazing, and doesn't have that "old lady" hint with it that a lot of lavender aromas do. I have several uses for this extremely versatile spray:

1. The reason I bought it was to spray my pillow at night to help me sleep. It works wonders. I generously spray my blanket and pillow and drift to sleep fast and sleep like a baby.

2. Body spray. Doesn't exactly last too long, but still a nice refreshing boost in the morning. I guess it could last longer if I sprayed more. The good thing about this stuff is that it's CHEAP, so I don't mind using a lot!

3. Facial spray. Kind of like a toner, I guess. I usually use it after I apply my mineral makeup. The extra moisture helps my makeup not settle in to my pores and fine lines. Also use it on my face throughout the day for a nice aromatherapy pick-me-up.

4. Room air freshener. Works wonders...people who enter my room/car after spraying this always compliment it. Again, it's extremely relaxing and sets a nice calming environment.

The best thing about this stuff is that it is all natural! No synthetic ANYTHING! Ingredients: Purified spring water, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, lavandula x intermedia (lavandin) oil, lavandula latifolia (spike lavender) oil.

Leg Spacer

After looking at the customer reviews I decided to try it. Big mistake for me. A lot of people complain about how memory foam collapses & loses it's support, but this type of foam is like having a brick between your legs! For me, really uncomfortable. One mistake was buying, the second mistake was not making sure there was a return policy for returning items like this. I talked to the seller and they would not budge on their no return policy. The customer service person was pleasant at first, but when I complained and said I would like to return the product, she transformed into a different person; yikes! I will never buy again from Therapy Best Buys.

Really I think with these types of products making a judgement about them is a very subjective experience. For me it was almost painful. Not a good product & can't recommend it, and definitely not the seller.

I just recentely purchased a memory foam mattress. After getting used to that transition I noticed that my hips and low back were sore when I would get up. I've done a lot of research and chlorella is the most amazing food/suppliment out there. When I took this product for the first time, I had been sick for months, I had a very bad sinus infection. It leaves a thin, mucusy coating along your colon walls leaving it very difficult to absorb nutrients from food and vitamins. Google it and you'll find the truth! Good luck :)

I bought this product due to low energy, and fatigue issues (especially in the afternoon hours before getting off work at 5pm, or as I like to call it, "The Dead Zone", LOL).

there is a energy benefit you will receive, but you must take the pills CONSISTENTLY. By that, I mean 2 pills in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, and 2 in the evening. These pills are quickly metabolized and burned by the body, so you have to take them throughout the day; otherwise, there's no benefit (at least that was the case with me). If I missed a dose, or forgot to take them for a day or two, the fatigue would return.

I discovered this on a recommendation of a friend to help with stress & anxiety. A lot of the reviews talk about the improved sleeping aspects of Kavinace, so I thought I'd chime in about how much it's improved my daytime quality of life. I was looking forward to getting the padded neck pillow and sleep mask, but they were disapointing.

I probably should have looked at the picture better, but the cutout for your neck is quite small -only like 6" diameter -it flexes somewhat, but is not comfortable. The slot isn't deep enough for me, either. Maybe it's made for smaller (female) necks only? Could be.

The mask doesn't really have a nose cutout that's useful, either. To cover my eyes, the mask presses on the bridge of my nose which while not painful, isn't super-conductive to sleeping.

I still don't know what the velcro tie was for, but the set arrived fairly quickly, which is nice.

Nature's Way Silent Night

When I have trouble going to sleep because the "noise in my head" just won't shut up or if I'm overly tired, Silent Night caps do the trick. I fall asleep and have no grogginess or hangover the next morning.

The only problem, and it is a problem with all herbal sleeping aids, is that they don't always work to keep me asleep. I will sometimes wake up 4 hours later and have trouble getting back to sleep.
