I am a loud snorer and get frequent complains from my spouse and children. I am often woken up so that I stop snoring. Got this for my dad because he snores loud(enough to hear through the walls). He's been using this for the past few weeks, and I haven't heard snoring! Got this for my husband, but actually for me so that I could finally get some sleep. My husband breathes heavily thru his mouth and so loud that he wakes me and often himself. ITS OKAY IF YOU CAN GET USED TO WEARING THE MASK. AS FOR MYSELF ITS HEARD TO GET USED TO. ITS REALLY HARD IF LIKE ME YOU SLEEP WITH YOU MOUTH OPEN AND DROOL. I WOKE UP ONE NIGHT WHILE HAVING THIS ON, AND INSTEAD OF MY DROOL BEING ON MY PILLOW LIKE ALWAYS, IT WAS ALL OVER MY FACE , YUCK. DONT KNOW IF YOU WANT TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING WITH YOUR DROOL ALL OVER YOUR FACE? I'M GOING TO TRY AND ORDER A HEAD STRAP LATER TO HELP KEEP MY MOUTH CLOSED AND USE THIS WITH IT TO SEE IF IT WILL HELP. I'LL POST RESULTS BACK LATER AND LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW IT WORKED. AS FOR NOW I REALY DONT KNOW IF THIS WORKS ON THE ACCOUNT THAT I TAKE IT OFF IN MY SLEEP.
