I have long, full hair but straight as string. I curl my hair twice a week and love these rollers. The are small in width and thickness but perfect for my hair. The one issue you must consider is how many curlers to order because of the size, I try not to put alot of hair on a curler because it will not dry over night. After 1 month I did find the curler inner wire coming through the end of the white cotton cover. I just sewed them up, 9 of the 30 I have, and that fixed it. But I do think this can be an issue because they did not last very long before I had to repair them. I like the curl they provide and the comfort to sleep on, so I will repair them as needed.

These are not like the old ones that I had bought in the past, these are nothing but a small square of sponge with a wire through it covered with cloth. The square is in the middle and the rest is wire. they are also very small , not for long hair. I have used them about 3 times and they already have wire sticking out of them. they are falling apart. The last ones I bought from conair were bamboo , green colored and lasted for more than a year before they started to come apart. These are very cheaply made, nothing but a little one inch square sponge in the middle of a wire. I would not reccommend these to anyone. They will not last.
