I do not believe this is a hoax. I do believe however, it might not be the right product for everyone, but that can only be discovered by trying it out.I found this at the airport and thought I would give it a try since I had a 4 and a half hour flight coming up.
Generally I am very fidgety throughout flights and I can never ever seem to sleep without knocking myself out with prescription meds. For a shorter flight I find using those a bit of an exaggeration so I figured I would try this.
After I settled myself into my seat, I drank the dream water and started reading my magazine. About 20 minutes later my eyes started getting heavy and I put my book away.
3 hours later I woke up refreshed with only an hour left to travel! I was so happy! I didn't feel groggy, I'd slept through the drink-service, hadn't been twisting and turning in my seat.

Please don't automatically assume this is a hoax, there are actually people that benefit from products like this.

Then, at the airport in Long Beach, CA I found Dream Water. I was a little shocked at the price but decided to try it anyway. Because it was expensive, I tried half a shot and it worked, well, like a dream. A whole shot makes me do weird things in my sleep, but a half shot makes me fall asleep and get a good 6-8 hours with no hangover effect even during my severe episodes of insomnia.
As a nurse, I would like to recommend that you be careful taking it every day. One of the ingredients (5-HTP) can cause serotonin syndrome in certain doses. Since we don't know the exact dose they use, I would look up serotonin syndrome and be on the look out for side effects if you take it regularly. Just in case. I haven't had any side effects, but better safe than sorry.
Also, be careful mixing it with certain other meds used to adjust mood (anxiety/depression meds) or other sleep aids even natural ones. Just a heads up.

Throughout my life, I never had problems going to bed, and I never took any sleeping-related pills, until 2009, when some traumas happened to me that caused medical problems and increasing chronic pain. In early 2009, I saw the Dream Water sleep and relaxation shots on display at Wal-Mart. I grabbed about four bottles of Dream Water Snoozeberry. I gave a bottle to my sister, noises bother her and sometimes she has to wear earplugs when she sleeps, one to a co-worker, who told me that her husband was having some problems getting a restful sleep, he was a truck driver during that time, and two for myself. I have to say that this Dream Water Dream Shot works. The first day that I tried this, after only 30 minutes, I felt calm and relaxed, and I had a restful sleep once I laid in bed. I've tried Unisom and natural Melatonin tablets, but they take longer to work. The Snoozeberry flavor is a combination of blueberry and pomegranate and tastes great. I saw this product at Wal-Mart and was a little skeptical. However I have always had trouble falling asleep and lately staying asleep because of noise and sunlight (I work overnight). My wife and I go through frequent bouts of insomnia we both have demanding jobs and long commutes, so when the opportunity arises to get in a full 8hrs we seldom are capable of taking advantage.Now I'm not sure how much is placebo effect and how much is active ingredients but the two of us have been sleeping like rocks since we started taking this stuff and it's a full, hearty sleep, not drug induced coma-type sleep. Hard to get used to. Bought this for 2 reasons. One for recovering for a neck fusion surgery and also sleep apnea problems.Down side to this is; there are not so far that I can find sateen or that type of pillow cases for this type of pillow, thus I have made my own.(thus not to ruin my curly hair-haha).My pillow arrived smelling like it had been soaking in the mummy's own embalming fluid. I let it air out for 2 weeks, and still I thought I'd have never woken up from a night's sleep on this thing. AB Marketing's Customer service said they'd get back in touch with me but never did--maybe the fumes in the warehouse got them? Don't waste your time or money.

I generally use it at night after a shower. The product does "loosen up" a bit the warmer your hands and face are so you can make a smaller amount cover more area. This little device has really helped me deal with anxiety and depression. The last year has been a rough one. It started when an unfortunate combination of money, relationship, family, deaths in the family, children and work stresses all peaked at the same time last summer. Since my original post I have the following experiences to report:
First, after 3 months of once to twice daily usage I found that I had reached a very good point and only needed to use the device once a week and then once every two to three weeks to now just occasionally to maintain the positive effects.
Second, my now twenty year old son had the same experience. Further, he is convinced that he is learning more quickly and has better retention at school. This from a college student who was already a 4.0 student in an honors program and on an academic scholarship. Another effect is that he has lost all interest in over indulgence in alcohol and only occasionally drinks at all.
Third, my wife and daughter both started using the device after witnessing the above changes and they both had very similar responses. Both are convinced they received a lot of benefit from the device. I don't have their permission to discuss the details, so all I can say is the results were very helpful and lasting. They are both in the maintenance stage as well.
We have all moved on to other pursuits, my son on to daily meditation, my wife and I on to The Healing Code(which is a story in itself) and my daughter on to just enjoying life, but we all know that the Biotuner put us in a much better state to do whatever we decide to do. I purchased my Sota Bio Tuner a couple weeks ago and am seeing subtle but progressive changes. The first thing I noticed was my sleeping patterns were changing. I have long, full hair but straight as string. I curl my hair twice a week and love these rollers. The are small in width and thickness but perfect for my hair. The one issue you must consider is how many curlers to order because of the size, I try not to put alot of hair on a curler because it will not dry over night. After 1 month I did find the curler inner wire coming through the end of the white cotton cover. I just sewed them up, 9 of the 30 I have, and that fixed it. But I do think this can be an issue because they did not last very long before I had to repair them. These are not like the old ones that I had bought in the past, these are nothing but a small square of sponge with a wire through it covered with cloth. The square is in the middle and the rest is wire. they are also very small , not for long hair. I have used them about 3 times and they already have wire sticking out of them. they are falling apart. The last ones I bought from conair were bamboo , green colored and lasted for more than a year before they started to come apart.
