I purchased this pillow in preparation for my husband's shoulder surgery. I am so happy with this purchase and appreciate the design. The half moon portion of the pillow is affixed to the top by Velcro and you have the option of removing it or using it as is. As it turned out it is the perfect size to be used as a support under his arm to hold the brace in place. This pillow is comfortable and sturdy at the same time. I am certain he will be using this pillow for the next five weeks.

Excellent. More than expected. Good for reading, watching TV. Sleeping. Excellent for COPD patients. I recommend it. And the price alsi was the right one.

Hard to get used to. Bought this for 2 reasons. One for recovering for a neck fusion surgery and also sleep apnea problems.

Down side to this is; there are not so far that I can find sateen or that type of pillow cases for this type of pillow, thus I have made my own.(thus not to ruin my curly hair-haha).

My pillow arrived smelling like it had been soaking in the mummy's own embalming fluid. I let it air out for 2 weeks, and still I thought I'd have never woken up from a night's sleep on this thing. AB Marketing's Customer service said they'd get back in touch with me but never did--maybe the fumes in the warehouse got them? Don't waste your time or money.
