I love these sponge hair rollers! I put them in at night, and was perfectly comfortable sleeping with them since they are so soft. You don't have to use any other item to hold them, they hold on their own all night. In the morning, you take them out and have lovely waves without the damage from heat stylers. I used them on dry hair, but I think slightly damp would also work. My hair dries too slowly when it's rolled up, though, so I use them on dry hair.
My experience with this is spotty, but when it works it works well. After trying a number of things, both over the counter and prescription, I was delighted to discover this product. It took until the fourth night for it to work for me, but I was soon sleeping around 7 hours a night. I've been using it for three months now. Sometimes it will stop working for a few nights or a week or so, but then it starts working again, for some reason.
I use the Control III Disinfectant/Germicide to clean my CPAP supplies. No harse odors or germ buildup. Very easy wash and rinse with a mild soap and water then let the supplies soak for at least 10 minute. Fantastic item tha ti will continue on supply

Throughout my life, I never had problems going to bed, and I never took any sleeping-related pills, until 2009, when some traumas happened to me that caused medical problems and increasing chronic pain. I saw this product at Wal-Mart and was a little skeptical. However I have always had trouble falling asleep and lately staying asleep because of noise and sunlight (I work overnight). I've tried the pills, the dissolving pills, and now the spray and I have to say this melatonin spray is the best so far. Just a spray or two (don't forget to hold it on your tongue for 30 seconds) and you'll start feeling drowsy in about 5 minutes. Since it contains natural orange oil there is none of that unpleasant artificial taste. Also, make sure you really can dedicate a full night's sleep. We've had this memory foam mattress by All-Sleep since February of this year (2009). By July it had begun to fail 2 deep wallows where we sleep (130 lbs and 200 lbs). This product is exactly what it says it is. It is a piece of foam that has eyes cut out and then glued to a piece of plastic with velcro straps. Does anything in that sentence sound comfortable to sleep in? Its not. I find it impossible to go to sleep in this thing. This mask works well for sensory deprivation relaxation or meditation. It allows you to open your eyes while it's on. The front of the mask is stiff plastic, so it won't fold easily, letting in light. The only thing I don't particularly like is it uses a plastic-y foam rubber that is a little scratchy. Bed, Bath and Beyond has a more comfortable open-eye mask, but it's not as sturdy.
