My experience with this is spotty, but when it works it works well. After trying a number of things, both over the counter and prescription, I was delighted to discover this product. It took until the fourth night for it to work for me, but I was soon sleeping around 7 hours a night. I've been using it for three months now. Sometimes it will stop working for a few nights or a week or so, but then it starts working again, for some reason.
Deep Sleep? I took this at 11 pm, couldn't sleep until 2 am so had to take another one. Finally managed to sleep at 3 am, but my sleep was very disturbed. Had similar experience the next day as well.
