I've been using Dream Boost for over a year, and it's the best natural sleep aid I have used thus far. Can't be compared to melatonin though, which will make you groggy in the morning. Melatonin will knock you out, but has that "side-effect." Dream boost has a tiny amount of melatonin, and herbs, but no grogginess in the morning. I love it, and recommend it.
Great dream aids have gotta be out there, but unfortunately this one just didn't charm me.I love the natural ingredients and non drug-like effects. Just a little drowsiness to lull you to sleep. I don't need something every night...just the occasional sleepless night and this product worked for me.
