I tried this product to help me who do the so called fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome.(I'm taking Prozac at the same time)
The product didn't help me to have a better rest, but I feel calm at the awekening.
This product really did help me relax and prepare for sleep.
Not too strong won't knock you out but can be one tool in good sleep preparation.It is well promoted, the problem is that some people have occasional insomnia and I have persistant and chronic insomnia, this product was not at all helpful to me.
