This monster has lots of adjustments. Works well with standard headboards. I had a non-standard king sizeheadboard, with non-matching holes in the headboard. Had to add two flat steel extenders from the hardware store. Then it fit very well.

little bit pricy but no other choices

I purchased this along with the queen size bed frame because my old wooden bed frame collapsed on me suddenly a few weeks ago. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I spent over 500$ on my old wooden bed frame and it only lasted 3 years before the screws stripped out and the frame collapsed. This time i was looking for something a little more solid and this product works great. These head board attachments are great for odd sized headboards and make the frame look nice and dressed up when a headboard is attached. Great product!! Also i didnt feel the price was too steep considering the quality of the frame, 15$ for the headboard attachments is nothing compared to how much some whole frames with head and foot boards cost.

Had to drill extra holes to attach the headboard. Not very well thought out. But atleast i have a headboard now.

These were easy to attach to the bed frame we bought, but the head board we have from our previous queen bed is not long enough to reach the brackets on our new california king.
