My girlfriend has a lot of trouble sleeping with any light present in the room, and these are the only ones that have made her feel great at night. Clearly they do not work for everyone, as all face shapes are different, but the cooling pad is a really nice touch. The instructions are for it to be put in the freezer for 20 minutes, but I've put it in the fridge and left it there for a few hours before so it's good to go whenever I want.

I've bought this mask by coincidence and I must say: it's awesome! Good quality, soft, pleasant and 100% light blocking. Meanwhile I use it every night and I have to admit I'm much more rested in the morning since then. Also great for a nap and travelling. The idea with the coolpack is very tricky!
