When I do just one, it causes my mask to hiss and gap. One night by accident I did 4 and that worked for most of the night. SO sometimes I use them and sometimes I don't. They are made of a really soft, smooth-textured fabric, so I don't blame the manufacturers at all. Masks are just annoying.

I have used both ResMed Quattro and ResMed Quattro FX for four years. While the quality of my sleep improved, I have had to deal with constant leaks and "mask toots" from the seal breaking and waking me up. Also, no matter how well I cleaned my mask and my face, I would often wake up with little blisters on my face from the mask rubbing on my skin. RemZzzs has stopped both the leaks AND the painful blisters!! To the users with negative reviews, I will say this: yes, they are a little expensive and yes, they can be difficult to line up or get into place on your mask sometimes. BUT, for me, the benefit FAR outweighs any of this. They are soft on my sensitive skin, and prevent my mask from making lines, marks and blisters on my face. My mask stays put and I get a better and uninterrupted night of sleep. The box also comes with two square liners that can be used on the forehead or, with my FX, on my neck where the headgear rubs and often makes a sore spot. I wish the box came with more than two of these squares, as I use them every night.
