I highly recommend this product. I have bad problems with insomnia. My mind won't let me settle, I end up working on many things, etc. I take 1 pill (without food) and start working on my projects like normal. I was worried that it would make me difficult to wake, however my toddler had no problems waking me up for toilet time during the night. if you have real anxiety problems dont waste your time.

i have had to take xanex before and my dr. said he didnt want me on it long term so he cut me off it..
