Just tried it for first time today. My face was sticky from morning till night! And I don't understand why it's in a TUBE which won't stand up, but the lotion comes out of a PUMP. I bought this wedge to use while reading in bed. It works fantastic. I'm sure it would also be good if you like to watch TV in bed. What the different measurements mean like say this one says 12", is that's the width of the foam at the bottom. I just wanted to make that clear since when I bought this, I wasn't sure what that measurement was all about. It comes up nice and high and I don't have to worry about hitting my head on the bed headboard. It supports my back nicely and keeps me from getting all kinked up while I read. I would highly recommend this product.

I lost 115 lbs, and part of what helped with appetite control and muscle-building (dieting causes huge lean tissue lossess if you don't exercise and keep protein adequate) was whey protein. After reading various books, including some Paleo and Primal ones--though I'm not strict in any of those eating plans--I decided to buy better quality whey. Grassfed cows. No hormones, etc.This is one of the ones I used during my active weight loss phase (I'm trying to maintain my loss and it's FREAKIN' HARD), and that I still plan to use as I fight to keep off the loss. I like the simplicity of the taste and the good quality. I saw it recommended on a Paleo board back in 2011, and that's why I decided to try it.
I've tried the vanilla, the chocolate, and the strawberry. I liked all of them. I slightly prefer the vanilla for it's benign flavor--mild, non-intrusive. That makes it more flexible for mixing with fruits for smoothies. Or just a quick chug on hurried days.

I don't know why they say it's for men. The ZZZZ design is pretty cool from my POV. As usual with Mary Green sleep masks, there are no uncomfortable seams or too-tight elastic. It is all silk, which is pretty hard to find. And the black color on the inside keeps it looking cleaner. Some people thinks it's too thin and lets some light in. That hasn't been a problem for me.

The product package does tell you NOT to put this mask in the freezer, but the thing onlystays cold for about 12 minutes, so I put it in the freezer for about 15mins and it extends
the effectiveness by a few minutes.
Just don't let it freeze, or it will be stiff as a board!!
The problem I have with this is they didn't make the notch for your nose deep enough, so
it puts pressure on the upper bridge of my nose bone and does not make contact with the skin
under my eyes, which is why I bought this.
If you are using this to help with puffy under eyes, you will need to press the bottom edges
of this mask to contact the under eye area properly.
Or, remove your nose!! :)
I think when they designed this, they wanted eye holes, but didn't think much about how
well it makes even contact on the face.
Personally, I don't need to be able to see for the short time I have it on, but that's just me.
So, the search goes on for a gel mask that conforms to the face and lays FLAT where I want it.
