Very cheaply made. Velcro back does not hold and is irritating against the back of head. It alread broke within 5 months and started leaking blue fluid

NOT WORK VERY WELL. WHEN YOU PUT THE MASK IN THE FREEZER TO FREEZE IT YOU HAVE TO LAY IT FLAT SO WHEN YOU USE THE MASK IT DOES NOT FORM TO YOUR EYES IT IS FLAT SO

IT REALLY DID NOT WORK FOR MY PURPOSE

The product package does tell you NOT to put this mask in the freezer, but the thing only

stays cold for about 12 minutes, so I put it in the freezer for about 15mins and it extends

the effectiveness by a few minutes.

Just don't let it freeze, or it will be stiff as a board!!

The problem I have with this is they didn't make the notch for your nose deep enough, so

it puts pressure on the upper bridge of my nose bone and does not make contact with the skin

under my eyes, which is why I bought this.

If you are using this to help with puffy under eyes, you will need to press the bottom edges

of this mask to contact the under eye area properly.

Or, remove your nose!! :)

I think when they designed this, they wanted eye holes, but didn't think much about how

well it makes even contact on the face.

Personally, I don't need to be able to see for the short time I have it on, but that's just me.

So, the search goes on for a gel mask that conforms to the face and lays FLAT where I want it.
