I have used "Sleep Meds" for over two years (late 2008 to current 3/25/11). Swore by it. Took about 45 min before bed and out like a light every night. I have had problems sleeping for much longer. All OTC I took previously had various side affects the next day, i.e. mild hang-over, groggy feeling etc. Sleep Med was an answer that had no next day affects that I noticed. It does make me dizzy for a few minutes right before it starts working. The melatonine may be the secret. Also made my next day outlook much better.I have now noticed that it has not had the same effect starting this month. It seems coincidental that the price where I buy it had a 25% fixed drop in price. I now notice the prrice drop is industry wide. Has the company reduced one of the costlier ingredients? It has not made me mildly dizzy either with this months latest batch. My spouse said possibly I am becoming immune? I don't think so. Tried to find the companies web sight to contact. None that I could find. I will give it one more box full chance.
