These sleep melts do the trick and help me relax so I can fall asleep. You just put one under your tongue and they melt, have a great taste and you drift off to sleep. Just be careful when you get the little pill out of the blister pack you know where it is! Very easy to lose because it is a light pale yellow color. Wish there where more in the pack. I highly recommend these!
