This is a good product; I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I'm not crazy about the smell (although it's not bad), and sometimes it doesn't work. It DOES help and sometimes really works well; it's just not 100% of the time. I may not have gotten the hang of just how much to rub in. I'd much rather use this than take sleep aid pills since it's natural and not harmful.

LA Baby 4 Sided Changing Pad 30", White

This pad was purchased mainly for it's small size. All the other contour pads were 31" to 34" long, much too long for what we needed. This 30" four sided contour changing pad is much smaller, and as an added bonus, much safer. I really like having all four sides contoured to prevent scooting off the back as "Baby" starts learning to push with his feet. We customed made a changing table so we do not have side rails, but even if we did, the four sides prevents babies from hitting their heads against the rails. This is my third child and my first experience with the four sided pad.

Although most changing pad covers are designed for the two-sided contour pads, I found that they fit this pad just fine. We bought two covers designed for the 31" two-sided contour pad and they fit rather well. There is no gapping or pulling.

Overall, I am very pleased with the pad.

We bought the Ikea Hemnes changing table top and then discovered that it was not the normal changing table dimensions. It is about 29" wide. I thought I was going to have trouble finding a changing pad to fit, but this one does the job perfectly. It fits nice and snuggly even though it is a little wider than the table. And the Carters changing pad covers I bought for 32" x 16" changing pads fit perfectly.

My baby loves this pad so much that he wanted to sleep in it when he was an infant. We considered buying a second one to put in the crib because he felt so secure and cozy in it.

There is a warning, though. If you don't have a cover on the pad, the plastic will come apart at the seams. We thought we could get away with not having a changing pad cover until we noticed little tears. If it's covered, it doesn't seem to be a problem.

Love this changing pad and the Summer Infant Naturally Yours Changing Table Cover (sold on Amazon) fits perfectly! I highly recommend this cover to go with this pad; I tried others that were suggested and had to send them back b/c they were too small (b/c of the length created by the sides at either end -the Summer Infant cover is 37 in. long, so it works with the sides). The pad is great -high quality and fits my antique dresser just as I had hoped.

I purchased this changing pad to use on a dresser that we converted into a changing station. I also purchased an off brand terry cover from a discount store. I thought we would get a little use out of it once baby moves into her nursery (she is sleeping in our room in a bassinet). Boy, was I wrong!

We use this changing pad ALL THE TIME! We use it to change diapers, to take naps, to change clothes, etc. It is a nice, safe, soft, clean place to put baby down to do all of the above, and it is mobile (if you don't attach it to changing table). In fact, the only place I haven't used this pad is on the changing table!

I have a nice terry cover on the pad all the time. I also have some waterproof pads that I put on the pad when I am changing diapers. The rest of the time, I just use the terry cover as a soft place to lay baby down. This is definitely the baby product that we have used the most, and I would argue that it is probably our favorite item so far. Worth every penny!

So what if it's made of foam and velcro It lies against your face while you sleep and foam and velcro are comfortable! Isn't that the point? That being said, I used to lie awake for hours. I want to sleep in darkness and because of outdoor lighting, I never could. Well, this is a Godsend! I hold it up to the light for 30 seconds and the little lights inside are activated. I put on the mask. It is very comfortable compared to the flat masks you can pick up in a drug store, but those little glow lights inside make ALL the difference! They give the feeling that I can still see something like there are little slits in the plastic. All-black masks are uncomfortable because they press against your eyelids and these do not. If you open your eyes, your eyelashes never even touch the mask. And with all-black masks, you are in total darkness which I always found unnerving. With the slits of light, there is no panic, just calmness and darkness which allows me to fall asleep fast.

Since Amazon has a good refund policy, they are well worth the try if you are having trouble sleeping. I would have given them 10 stars if I could have!

Listen to me ~ if you believe none of the other reviews I am here to tell you this product is a miracle! I rarely write letters to companies but this one did it for me. I had to let them know they've got the right stuff!

I am 42 and have had combination skin that gets much oilier during the warmer months. This product is one that I have used for two years now exclusively as my night oil and it has become a mainstay in my cabinet.

Here's the trick, though. After cleansing my face (I also use Olivella bar soap) I leave my face dripping wet. One short pump and those few drops glide over my entire face, my ears AND the front and back of my neck. It doesn't take much at all but a moist face just isn't enough. Just massage it in as your face air dries and the moisture left behind is heavenly. Not the slightest bit oily at all. And don't skip your lips. No fine lines around mine and my lipstick proves it no more creeping into fine lines around my lips. They're smooth now.

I have a tendency to be a night owl so I often don't wait until before bed to apply this wonderful elixir. If I know I'll be working late into the night, I'll apply it in the early evening and allow it to work overtime.

What's ironic is that when I first started using the soap, I couldn't justify the cost of this moisturizer. It seemed far too much for such a little bit. But when I consider how much cream I had to scoop out of jars over the years, this is now an actually very inexpensive product with so much promise. I assure you whatever your complexion, your skin will thank you for adding this to the regimen.

I no longer use an eye cream, no special neck cream at all all I need is Olivella and my skin thanks me every day. Finally a product worthy of a letter and a review. Do try it and again, do not apply to merely moist or dry skin. Wetter is better and as an extra treat, when you're done, rub the residue into your cuticles. Even my manicurist is shocked over how I no longer have raggedy cuticles that I've suffered since forever.

First and foremost what i love about this product is that it's natural, is not used in animal testing, and has a very low toxicity rate (according to ewg.org) with no cancer causing chemicals, unlike most of the common moisturizers out there. All it takes is a few drops to cover the face and works best after a shower. The scent is moderately strong soap-type smell but will not stay with you for long, although some may not be pleased with it. It absorbs into the skin rather quickly so your face does not seem oily.

I find Olivella is best used overnight because when i woke up i had a fresh young glow to my skin and was pleased with the results. Some should be advised that you may be allergic to the ingredients and do a test before hand. Even if you are not allergic, when i first used the product my skin did break out but i had remembered reading somewhere how since the it can actually help normalize your skin that breakouts are sometimes a common thing in the beginning so i continued to use it. I'm glad i did because it definitely proves it's worth keeping.

I also have mix combo of oily/dry skin so i try to focus on the dry areas while using benzoyl peroxide on any areas that seem they are about to break out. I found this combination to work better than anything i have ever tried so now i can proudly say i have finally found my secret to healthy skin. Hopefully this may help others!

I've tried them all! My purchase of Maximum Strength Sominex really provided me with more help sleeping through the night than any prescription product. I cut each table in half, taking half nightly, thus a box of 16-count lasts me a good month and at far less cost than prescription brands like Ambien and Lunesta. If you're having trouble sleeping, I'd try this product. What I like, too, is that if I have to get up during the night, I am able to fall back to sleep.

I was so sad to see that these have been discontinued. They worked wonders for my husband's snoring. We didn't know what to do, but I managed to get a hold of the ingredient list for this and similar products, as well as a couple of research papers discussing the treatment of snoring with essential oils (those are the active ingredients in this!), and I came up with my recipe, which has actually been working better than this, if such a thing is possible:

Wintergreen Oil 1 oz EssOil: 6 drops

Peppermint Oil 4 oz.: 3 drops

NOW Foods Clove Oil, 2 ounce: 4 drops

NOW Foods Anise Oil, 1 ounce (Pack of 2): 2 drops

I put all of this in a 2 oz. spray bottle. Just 15 drops! The stuff is concentrated! NOW Foods Glycerine Vegetable, 16-Fluid Ounces and Listerine were used for the rest of it. 1/3 glycerin and 2/3 Listerine. Mix it all up, and spray 4-6 times as tolerated at the back of the throat before going to sleep.

I'm so sad that this stuff has been discontinued, but at least Amazon had all the stuff I needed to make my own!

I would never order this product through Amazon or Drug Store Liquidators ever again. The product is fine, but I was cheated on the order. I ordered 1 5 pack of the product for around $65.00. However, I only received 1 bottle of the spray and both Amazon and Drug Store Liquidators said I only ordered the one. I did not keep the order that I got when I ordered it because I trusted them and I had ordered before. I did a formal complaint with both Drug Store Liquidators and Amazon and they said I was not cheated. When I ordered there were many options depending on how many you wanted. I know I ordered 5, but they said I didn't. Why in the world would I pay $65.00 for 1 bottle of the spray? I got no satisfaction out of either Amazon or Drug Store Liquidators. I seldom write reviews for anything less than three stars. The way I see it, if it is not worth 3-5 stars, then it is not worth taking the time to write up a review. Of course, that is because I mainly do book reviews and if the story is not worthy of a three plus rating, then I simply would stop reading. In the case of Breathe Right's Snore Relief Throat Spray, I can give a full review on the product because my spouse and I tried/tested it for over seven full nights. Our conclussion is that this product does absolutely zero good. The product sounds great on the package though. It warns to spray thirty minutes before bed and not to eat or drink once you have used the spray. From what I gather, this is to keep the throat moist and the airways open to reduce the snore sounds. But it failed our week-long test.

The nasal strips by Breathe Right work wonderfully at keeping the sinus airways wide for easier breathing; however, you MUST place the strips on the exact spot, the area covered by the strip may get raw, and when you take the strips off your nasal passages are worse than before you put the strips on. But at least you will have been able to breathe in your sleep.

Eclectic Institute Inc California Poppy

According to the WebMD site's page for California poppy, "California poppy contains chemicals that might cause relaxation and sleepiness" and "California poppy might cause sleepiness and drowsiness." In my experience, a full dose (30 drops) of Eclectic Institute California Poppy Extract does cause relaxation, sleepiness and drowsiness. I've found that I can take it in place of melatonin about a half an hour before I want to fall asleep. Or, if I'm stressed out during the day, California poppy helps take the edge off. I have not tried it for pain so I can't comment on that.

Melatonin works good for helping me fall asleep, but I avoid taking it daily because it is my understanding that it's effectiveness decreases with regular use. Therefore I like to have alternatives that I can turn to, such as California poppy extract. While both help me with sleep, in my experience they do not work the same. Within about 20 minutes after taking melatonin I begin to feel so sleepy that I have no choice but to go to sleep. I have not experienced that with California poppy, which has more of a relaxing effect albeit subtle and mild, not like taking a prescription sedative that makes it easier for me to fall asleep. So I'd say that the difference in my experience as far as sleep is concerned is that melatonin "makes" me fall asleep whereas California poppy "allows" me to fall asleep.

After trying it for about a week I liked it so much that I ordered a second bottle as a back up, in case it was out of stock when I was ready for more.

The instructions on the Eclectic Institute bottles recommend taking the extract in warm water, but I haven't bothered to do that. I always have a pitcher of filtered water on hand at room temperature and that's what I use.

Doesn't matter if you put it in a glass of vodka, coffee, or baby formula, this stuff takes you from 60 to 25. Slow down from your day in mental rush hour, and cruise into a cozy evening with smooth school-zone speed. This stuff will bitch-slap your stress into last Thursday. Respect the poppy.

I have had to take prescription meds off and on for years as I have chronic sleeping issues. I just can't get my brain to shut off at night. I will be really tired but not fall asleep. All the ingredients are natural and your body already produces the melatonin so you aren't putting dangerous chemicals in your body. The body just doesn't always produce the needed amount of melatonin so this supplement is GREAT! Anyway, I will agree that taking 4 HUGE pills is a drag and they smell and taste HORRIBLE; however, it is well worth it because after about 15-30 minutes I am sleeping like a baby! I just take all four at one time with a big gulp of water and then drink more water to wash the taste out of my mouth. I want to make it known that I don't work for this company, sell this product, or have any interest in its sales. I just want to give you a honest and forthright review. I truly haven't found another product, natural or prescription, that works as well as these do. I have been sleeping well now for months and I also recommended Ambesleep to my 77 year old grandfather who hasn't slept well in years. My grandmother recently passed and this caused even more sleep problems for my grandfather so when I recommended this stuff he figured he'd give it a try. He LOVED it! He told me he hadn't slept so soundly in decades. He said he tried to take two first and then got up about an hour later and took the other two. So, although Ambesleep smells and tastes terrible, the affects are worth it because it works. I fall asleep in no time at all and I sleep straight through the night. I find that the pills are a bit large and very light weight so they tend to get stuck in my throat if I don't drink enough water when taking them. All in all.... they are wonderful! I usually buy them now in a set of three to save money. It saves me about $5 a bottle and each bottle lasts me more than a month since I don't have to take them every night, usually about every other night give or take.

I always have trouble sleepingI am a very light sleeper. I find this product to be ineffective, but I have to admit that I am not taking the full dose of 4 tablets. I am taking 3 tabs which I thought should be sufficient. The reason for not taking all 4: the tabs are huge and it makes me gag. Also it has a very strong, unpleasant smell which makes it worse. If I become really desperate, I will try and take all 4 tabs and see if it works!

I don't take this with anything else at the same time, so I didn't have any stomach problems with it. But if you do have a sensitive stomach or digestion, maybe there's a different product you can take or maybe your healthcare person can recommend taking these with food or something.

I think the model is that one takes these for a few months and then retests to see if things are balanced or to adjust the dose. But I do highly recommend it if you need it.

I've been using the small pillow for more than a month and am really enjoying it. I'm a side sleeper but also use a neck roll, recommended by my chiropractor (he would probably cringe if he knew I was sleeping on my side!) With a regular pillow, I was always adjusting, readjusting, moving my head to find the right spot, my arms were falling asleep, and then I would wake up with my ear burning from sleeping in the same position too long. The refreshing thing about this pillow is that is has eliminated all of those negative things about sleeping on my side. It's no longer a fight but feels like my head is being cradled in the exact right position! The contoured edge is nice too since your shoulder no longer has to compete for space with your pillow. I like that it comes with a zip-on cover that's removable and washable. It's quite soft! It also stays cool, or at least doesn't make your head hot like a regular pillow. I can't imagine using a larger style of this pillow as the small size has been completely adequate. I have never used a memory foam pillow before trying this one out, but now I can't imagine using anything else, especially one that's tailored for side sleeping.

Had one of the same brand but was smaller and I liked it better this one is OK but to large and not as firm. If I can find the one like I had before I will buy it.

Mack's Ear Care Dreamgirl Soft Foam Earplugs, 50 Count

I've tried lots of different ear plugs to wear at night because of my husbands snoring. Most of them are just too hard to sleep with. They hurt when I roll on my side or they protrude out of my ear too much.

I thought it was kind of silly to have "pink" ear plugs just for "women". I thought it was really gimmicky so I refused to buy them for the longest time. It just so happened that I ran out, and Walgreens had them on sale cheaper than any of the other ear plugs so I tried them.

I have to say. They are PERFECT!

They are slightly softer and slightly shorter than standard earplugs. They fit my ear much better than a standard ear plug therefore I get a better seal from them. They don't hurt my ear when I roll over on my side to sleep because they don't protrude out of my ear and because they are softer than normal plugs.

All in all.. I won't go back to the regular ear plugs. Gimmick or not... these are the ear plugs for me. :)

Blocks out much less noise than Mack's ultra soft ear plugs which are the same price and. A little more uncomfortable, but so much better at blocking out noise.

I got these for my wife since she ran out of the small pack of another brand she got at the store. Those were normal sized and they would hurt her ears when she woke up. She gets super annoyed by any sounds when she sleeps and she says that someone in the room snores, but I haven't heard anyone... These are built specifically for women and are almost half as thick as standard plugs. Apparently women have smaller ear canals than men. Maybe that's why wives yell so much. It's been a couple of nights since they arrived and she says they are more comfortable than her last pairs but they don't drown out as much sound. These are a great value for the price but are not as effective at accomplishing their primary goal as other models. So you do sacrifice efficiency for comfort. Maybe this would work perfectly when paired with nose plugs for your significant other.

My wife complains that I snore too much. So after trying the strips, the gel, the sprayI decided to spend the money on the snorclipse... well I was disappointed to say the least... first off, the product feel out of my nose the first nights sleep woke up and it was gone... Found it the following night and placed it on again. setup my tape recorder (the wife gave this to me as a present to see what she listens too all night). i bought this product to help with my snoring. it works but it only works if you use it right. simple advice, i know. but for the first few tries i was getting it wrong untill i started to think about what this product is meant to do. it is supposed to open your air passages in your nose similar to the strips. only this product works on the inside of your nose. once i realized that i found that position is everything for this product to work. if it isnt placed right then it doesn't work and i feel that is why most people say it doesn't work. just keep playing with it till it feels like your nose can breath more. for me it worked when i would put in the product and then move it as vertically up as i could and it worked great! i don't snore anymore and i wake up and feel amazing!! please give it a try and use it for a few days untill you really see if it works.
