Since taking this for a few months, I feel more calm and grounded and balanced. I sleep better, but I also have more energy during the day. It's hard to describe, and it is subtle how this product works, but it definitely works for me. That being said, I think you should be tested to find out if you need this or if you need a different supplement.

Unlike regular vitamins, not everyone is going to need this particular product. I doubt it will hurt anyone to try it out without a test, but it's pretty expensive stuff, so you should make sure you need it first.

I took a saliva/urine test kit home and did the collections and sent it off UPS 2-day to the lab. My doctor got the results and recommendations on products to take. It was recommended that I take 3 of these tablets 30 minutes before my dinner. I also started taking 1 Travacor (by the same company) per day as well.

I don't take this with anything else at the same time, so I didn't have any stomach problems with it. But if you do have a sensitive stomach or digestion, maybe there's a different product you can take or maybe your healthcare person can recommend taking these with food or something.

I think the model is that one takes these for a few months and then retests to see if things are balanced or to adjust the dose. But I do highly recommend it if you need it.

From the first night that I started taking Calm PRT, I could not sleep. It felt like I have consumed 5 cups of expresso.
