I tried Amera several years ago at a home party. It is the only product out of the many I've tried that really gives my nails a salon look. My cuticles are soft and smooth. The product is rich and emolient and really moisturizes the cuticle bed. Other products I've tried that claimed to be rich and not just greasy did not prove to hold up to the results I get with Amera. This little tube really lasts. A little truly goes a long way!
I use this before I apply my moisturizer since it doesnt have spf as well as at night before I go to bed. This product is really amazing, it has made my skin very clear and youthful. Out of a medium-sized group of us that opened the new FitBit Zip today, more than 5 of us broke the battery compartment cover (or it was broken out of the box). This, despite the first person to break it warning the others. Beware, the battery compartment has _very_ tiny tabs that break very easily. In my case, only one of them broke, so in the flexible-cover, it's still getting power. Still, this was a really high incidence of battery cover breakage.
I read about these with a combination of cynicism and excitement. If they really could make one euphoric and relaxed and were all natural talk about a winning combination! However, after taking one as instructed, I felt nothing at all. Then I couldn't get to sleep. Once I did, I had horrible dreams and awakened every hour thinking it was time to wake up. Just the opposite of a relaxing evening or a good night's sleep. I feel like a fool for purchasing and, honestly, one of the reasons I did was BECAUSE it was so expensive. The smell was so awful and the pill looked as though it were painted with silver 'model' paint that I cannot believe I still ingested it. I thought with a price like that, it had to be something great (and maybe the horrible smell had a fantastic payoff). Well, for me at least, it was a great rip off. I felt I owed it to others to leave an account of my experience. I bought this sound machine for sleeping when my other Ecotones Duet sound machine failed to function after its one-month usage. This machine had a lot more sound options, but unfortunately, the loop is about 30 seconds. I love sleeping to sounds of a thunderstorm, but this machine only provided rainfall and one obviously repetative thunder clap--highly annoying!! The "unwind" selection was my favorite relaxing melody, but I could not sleep to it. If you are ordering as a sleep machine, I would recommend skipping this one. For yoga or other meditative purposes, it could be quite good.

My husband tried the nasal stick on strips. They left nasty welts on his nose in the morning from the adhesive after he pulled it off. I ordered these plastic devices for him to try and he loves them. He can breathe through both nostrils at night now and gets a better nights sleep. He says they are comfortable and do not irritate his nose on the inside. I had purchased the same sleep mask locally in the past but couldn't find it any longer. So, Amazon to the rescue or not? Well in theory it is the same soft bamboo mask, but the elastic that goes around the head is different and less comfortable. My first mask had two elastic narrow bands. This has one tighter band that is uncomfortable to wear through the night. It will need to be stretched out or lengthened. Unfortunately, I could not see the elastic band on the Amazon picture. If I had, I would probably not have ordered it. Not quite the same.

This is the first sleep mask I've had that is completely washable. You cannot throw your silk/satin masks in the laundry, but you can with this bamboo mask. I've used 2 of these so far. I have a larger than average female head, so I was worried that it would be too tight, as some reviews have said. However, with the velcro adjustment all the way out to the end it worked. And they were smart enough to put the 'sticky' side of the velcro facing out, not toward your hair. Elastic will, of course, stretch out over time, so I could keep adjusting it a little tighter as it stretched.
