Comatose

I read about these with a combination of cynicism and excitement. If they really could make one euphoric and relaxed and were all natural talk about a winning combination! However, after taking one as instructed, I felt nothing at all. Then I couldn't get to sleep. Once I did, I had horrible dreams and awakened every hour thinking it was time to wake up. Just the opposite of a relaxing evening or a good night's sleep. I feel like a fool for purchasing and, honestly, one of the reasons I did was BECAUSE it was so expensive. The smell was so awful and the pill looked as though it were painted with silver 'model' paint that I cannot believe I still ingested it. I thought with a price like that, it had to be something great (and maybe the horrible smell had a fantastic payoff). Well, for me at least, it was a great rip off. I felt I owed it to others to leave an account of my experience. I only found a couple of reviews out there that were not from the company or a vendor so I hope others will start writing of their experience with this questionable supplement.

I have used Comatose from ALR many times. As far as mood support goes I have not found it useful but, as a long-term sufferer of insomnia, Comatose has given me hundreds of hours of sleep I would not have enjoyed otherwise. And even when it does not knock me out, I at least rest comfortably. Keep in mind, it is not a narcotic prescription drug; it is a combination of excellent herbs, GABA analogues, and a compound similar to Melatonin. The point is: it will not hit you like an Ambien or a Xanax, but it also won't cause addiction or dependence.

When I'm hitting my workouts it helps me lose weight. Not a great deal but I do notice a difference. When I'm slacking then it's helps me maintain and not gain weight. It also is very relaxing and helps me fall a sleep.
