I use this before I apply my moisturizer since it doesnt have spf as well as at night before I go to bed. This product is really amazing, it has made my skin very clear and youthful. It also helped to clear the dark circles around my eyes. I am of african origin with light skin,if this is any help to anyone.

I was looking for something to help with the overall texture of my skin. I have been using it for about a month now. I use it underneath my regular moisturizer.

Pros are: I have noticed that it does help with minimizing my facial oil throughout the day. It seems to tighten the face as soon as it dries. This tightening effect is what I like most about the product. I am not sure if this effect is actually tightening the wrinkles or is actually "doing" anything beneficial. It sure feels like it does though.

Cons are: No sunblock benefits in it. You will have to use a moisturizer with spf over it. The pump is poorly designed. You will waste a lot of product since it is hard to control the pump.

I hope the review will help you determine its worth to you. I think it's cheap enough. You should give it a try.

The silk is wonderful against your eyes. The elastic stretches gently and is as unobtrusive as it could be. The ivory side gets discolored quicker (perhaps I didn't remove my eye makeup well enough). So I put the black against my eyes.

Every brand has their pitfalls and this brand is no different. During heavy wetting their is a minor leak around the leg band. If your child wets in small spurts you should not have an issue.

I have used Dr Thompson's (The Relaxation Company) brainwave entrainment CD's and Health Journey's guided meditations for a number of years and find them helpful, mostly for relaxation. As an insomnia sufferer for the past 40 years, I have found both to be very effective but I like brainwave entrainment best.

It's important to take the time to research these products. There is plenty of scientific research found on the internet that backs up the claims made for light and sound technology. Ignore the hype and unrealistic claims made on some product websites.

I decided to try the MindSpa because it sounded like it might be even more effective than Thompson's CDs. Although a bit weird at first, I find that I like it very much. It seems to improve the quality of my sleep and helps with my daytime meditation.

The reason I say it was weird is because it is quite different from Thompson's. Thompson embeds the soundwave pulses in his music so you don't hear the pulses, just the music. In Mind Spa, it's just steady pulses without music and flickering lights from the LED glasses. One nice feature, though, is an extra jack to hook up to a CD so you can have the music you like along with the pulses and lights.

I have read reports (not just the one here but others too) that people experience dizziness and other odd effects afterward. I haven't had any problems. I was careful to read the booklet that comes with this and to do the programs as suggested. To just jump in to the most advanced program without acclimating to the technology is a mistake. Also, people with seizure disorders should not use this product because the flashing lights could trigger a seizure. There are other warnings concerning people with health problems, so go to the website to find out what they are.

I wasn't happy with the ear buds because they don't stay in my ears when I'm lying down but otherwise, this is a nicely designed product that's easy to use.

after using it for couple of weeks here are my observations.

I like it because:

It REALLY put me in a deep altered state, especially when using night programs. I felt better concentrated and relaxed, more confident too....

I don't like it because:

It caused me to become dizzy, and it is because of those blinking lights in glasses, although I use calm blue on lowest setting it is still too bright and all those blinking makes me dizzy. In the morning the state of being dizzy continues for the whole day... Alas,... maybe it is just my brain's response and your will be different. I would suggest you getting one and trying and putting your response here. Afterwards Richard Bandler recommended them. Hope that will work for you.

P.S. after using it for a month I returned the product. The company didn't refund the shipping, so I end up paying shipping twice!

I have tried many products over he years and MindSpa is by far the most effective product I have used and I have tried a lot of them.

If you are new to these light and sound machines, it is really worth the try. Here my explanation... They work very simply by mimicking the rhythms of the brain in a natural way. It's a bit like biofeedback, except all you need to do is sit back, close your eyes and let the flickering light do the work along with these pleasing background sounds. I read about these with a combination of cynicism and excitement. If they really could make one euphoric and relaxed and were all natural talk about a winning combination! However, after taking one as instructed, I felt nothing at all. Then I couldn't get to sleep. Once I did, I had horrible dreams and awakened every hour thinking it was time to wake up. Just the opposite of a relaxing evening or a good night's sleep. I feel like a fool for purchasing and, honestly, one of the reasons I did was BECAUSE it was so expensive. The smell was so awful and the pill looked as though it were painted with silver 'model' paint that I cannot believe I still ingested it. I thought with a price like that, it had to be something great (and maybe the horrible smell had a fantastic payoff). Well, for me at least, it was a great rip off. I felt I owed it to others to leave an account of my experience. I only found a couple of reviews out there that were not from the company or a vendor so I hope others will start writing of their experience with this questionable supplement.

I have used Comatose from ALR many times. As far as mood support goes I have not found it useful but, as a long-term sufferer of insomnia, Comatose has given me hundreds of hours of sleep I would not have enjoyed otherwise. And even when it does not knock me out, I at least rest comfortably. ResMed Swift II Nasal Pillows (Small)

Please see my other reviews for the complete kit review that goes with this pillow. Bottom line The system that goes with it (and this pillow itself) is the most comfortable and highest quality CPAP nose/face mask I have tried. I will buy this until they stop making them (hopefully never). A pillow like this lasts me about 6 months and I use pressure setting of 18. (That's pretty high)

1) The picture of the product does not show the underside which helps determine whether the part is accurate.

2) When I received it, opened the packaging and then was able to determine it wasn't the correct replacement, the vendor responds to my request for a refund telling me that since the packing was opened, they aren't allowed to accept it back. THAT should have been stated on the Amazon product page before hand so I would have been aware of the policy. I might have made a different decision and not have wasted good money. Know what you are getting into with this vendor.

It looked really sloppy with a pillow inside. The fabric was also much lower quality than I was expecting. It actually feels kind of stiff and not that soft. I'm returning them.

I gave these satin pillow cases 5 stars because they arrived on time, in good condition, and they were exactly as described. I bought the pillow cases because I heard that they were better than cotton pillow cases as far as my natural hair was concerned. I hate buying online because I like to see and touch what I am buying, however, after searching for awhile and not finding any satin pillow cases in my local department stores I finally gave up and ordered them online and I am glad I did. Medical Bore Tubing

No issues with hose slipping off as mentioned in previous review. My hose is exactly as tight and of the same quality as all the other tubes I have had. I have a king size bed and Thanks to the extra length, am no longer confined to one side.

My wife was really excited about the extra length but the end of the hose is thinner than the original and it slips off the mask every time she rolls over. Never had that happen with the old hose.

Little Moon Essentials Asana Kisser Salve

This isn't like liniment, Tiger balm, or anything similar where the idea is to distract your sore muscles by providing a different sensation. While the product does contain cayenne and menthol, it doesn't tingle. You won't feel like you're putting Vicks VapoRub all over your body.

What you will feel, if you're anything like me, is better. I think it's the arnica, an herb mainly used to help bruises and sprains heal.

I don't exercise as often as I should, and when I do, I tend to overdo it. Yesterday I rode my bike for 12.5 miles when I normally get very little exercise whatsoever. So by evening, my quads were burning. I put some Asana Kisser on my thighs, and by morning they felt fine. I neglected to put some on my hips and butt, which are now sore, but I expect them to feel much better in the next few hours now that I've applied the salve there too.

I used to be able to buy this stuff right in the store when I lived in Asheville. Here in Florida it's a little harder to find, so I was glad to see it available online and that it is still being made. I only had a little bit left from years ago, but it's still good and still works.

I am SO surprised with all of the negative comments on here. Let me start off by saying this is my very first review, because i have never found a product that truly made me rave about it. This night cream is seriously my miracle cream!

I had terrible facial eczema that was all over my cheeks, chin, and lips. I spent a lot of time doing online research for eczema cures, and i tried EVERYTHING. From prescription steroid cream to natural, at-home remedies-nothing worked. I really had given up on my skin and tried to make peace with the fact that my skin would always be red, itchy, and splotchy.

I read a couple of reviews for the Yes to Carrots line, so while I was at Walgreens I looked at the products they carried. I walked out with this product and it was the best purchase I could have made for my skin! After only 2 days of using this with a little jojoba oil mixed with it, my skin looked so much better. No more red and itchy skin that I was so embarrassed about. My skin is soft and completely healed, I seriously could not believe it and thought my skin was just playing cruel tricks on me, but after a month of use, my skin looks even better.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this product is, I am so grateful that I found it for my horrible eczema. I can only hope that other women suffering from eczema stumble across this night cream.

I am over 40 and do not like very many facial products on the market. I have dry skin and my face sweats and turns red very easily. The Yes to Carrots night cream is amazing (this is my very favorite of all their products). My skin looked 5 years younger in just 3 days of use. I also use the Yes to Carrots facial exfoliating cream, Yes to Carrots Day time facial cream, and Yes to Carrots eye cream (also one of my very favorite products). Today I am now using the body lotion and so far I am just as pleased as with all of the other products.

These Night cream and the Day cream are very thick, but this is misleading, because they soak very nicely into my skin. My fine lines are less noticeable already after just a few days and my skin feels younger and tighter. They eye cream has made the skin around my eyes more even-toned and less puffy (dark rings are less noticeable even though this is not suppose to be one of the corrective actions).

The exfoliation facial cleanser is very gentle. My face feels moisturized just from using that product. Believe me, I forget lotion a lot and my face still felt smooth and not dry from just the cleanser.

I have recommended this product to some co-workers and was able to tell within 3-4 days when they started using this product without even asking. Very Sun damaged skin on one of my co-workers was immediately better. She absolutely loves them as well.

If you have Oily skin, they have Yes to Tomatoes, and for normal skin, they have Yes to Cucumbers.

I will be a user of all of the Yes to Carrots for the rest of my life.

A friend of mine surprised me by sending me some of this product after commenting on how much she liked it. I'm 28 and have combination skin I tend to break out when I don't have enough moisture. This cream is amazing. My sister recommended this product line to me as we both have sensitive skin and are moving to organic products. This cream is amazing and its keeps my face moist without being oily. I don't have any bad acne problems but the fall/winter months and hard water where I live take their toll on my face. I only use a little (that's all you need) and my face is moist all night until the next night! Highly recommend!

Invacare CareGuard APP CareGuard APP Pump and Pad

Good price, fast shipping, works well. However it is NOT an Invacare Careguard APP Alternating Pressure Pump Model No. CG9701! It is made by APEX MEDICAL, model PM100a. It looks nothing like the Invacare (see link), which is probably why they only show the pad and not the pump in the picture. See for the actual product info.

The pad and pump arrived promptly in a good box, so it was undamaged. The product was exactly as advertised.

The extra flaps on each end tucked well under the mattress and have not pulled out in over a month since installing. The pump is quiet and alternates pressure between the two sets of cells very well. Since installing the pad, i have not had to turn my wife to avoid bedsores. I only need to worry about wrinkles in the sheet.

In the future, I would buy a pad that has the micro holes for a little bit of ventilation to cool the back and prevent moisture type bedsores. This has not been a problem for us though.

Occasionally the pump makes a soft clicking and does not alternate pressure. Just turn it off for 5 minutes and turn back on.

I think this pad is a good value for the money. You can buy better but it will cost a lot more.

Took a random chance at buying these over my regular Melatonin. The capsules are MUCH better than tablets smaller and easier to follow (Natures Way?) seemed to be larger and as easy to swallow as foam chips (might be me?) any they're good, but stick together a little in the bottle, so shaking them out may give you 2 instead of 1 or 3 instead of 2, but hey, they work and you can always put the spare back in the bottle so little a hassle it was barely worth mentioning.
