Buy Pure 'n Gentle Youth Pajama Pants for Boys & Girls, 48 Count, Large/X-Large, 60-125 Pounds Now
I purchased these because they were cheaper than the national brands and unfortunately realized you get what you pay for. I'm not sure if it is because they are so thin or because they are stiff as cardboard, but every single one I have used has resulted in a leak. Don't waste your money. I have a case of them that I will have to get rid of.Every brand has their pitfalls and this brand is no different. During heavy wetting their is a minor leak around the leg band. If your child wets in small spurts you should not have an issue. These are really stiff so they don't conform to my son's body that well. We've had several leak issues with these, not because of a lack of absorbency, but because of poor fit. I won't be getting these again.Pure 'n Gentle Youth Pajama Pants for Boys & Girls, 48 Count, Large/X-Large, 60-125 Pounds

I've been searching for quite awhile for a product for our autistic teenager that we haven't been successful yet in toilet training. This "pullup" type underpant works great. Comfortable fit. Snug without binding around the leg. The material is soft, not stiff like others we've tried. We used them for both day and night. We've tried several others and this one is terrific. These are very comparable to the Huggies Good Nights or grocery store brand of overnight pants. The fit is almost exactly identical. I had hoped that they would exceed the absorption capacity of the other brands but it is the same. Sadly my kid can overflow what the pants can hold.
