This, and the all natural, products are really great for getting and staying asleep. I have used this product for years. Having this out on my counter next to my generic Benedryl, I noticed the active ingredient is the exact same thing. Of course the generic Bene was a lot cheaper so I stopped using this and now take 2 of the other.
