I can't go without this vitamin! My mood swings are under control when I take Simplex F. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I first tried this product about two years ago, when I was trying to balance out my hormones naturally (My TSH was 4.9 and I was probably having about 2-3 mens. cycles a year). I took them inconsistently for a couple of months (along with 500 mg of Metformin and 1000 IU of Vitamin D because I was very deficient)but stopped when I miraculously became pregnant. 9 months after the birth of my perfectly healthy and active child, I found the bottle in my cabinet and began taking them again. My brain is so awake! Everything is very clear and I'm ready to run. To where? I don't know, but I have energy and I feel great! I will write again after using this for a month or so. This month... after only three weeks of use (two tablets/day... 1 AM, 1 PM)...
