I have chronic fatigue so I have problems falling asleep and also staying asleep. I saw this on Dr. OZ and the pain specialist doctor that recommended it said all his patients get off their sleep meds in about 1 2 weeks. They also all say the first night they try it is the best sleep they have had ever. Well with this being said I bought 4 bottles only to be very disappointed. It does not make me fall asleep nor does it make me sleep longer. If anything it gave me worse insomnia!I am so disappointed in spending $93 USD then having to pay $15 duty taxes on top of something that doesn't even work. I have tried it at least 4 times and not once did it work at all! I'm afraid to try it again as I don't want another night with ZERO sleep. At least before when taking nothing I got some sleep but taking this leads to zero sleep.
You are suppose to put 20 drops under your tongue. This is very hard as you literally have to put the glass bottle into your mouth as there is no cap drop dispenser type thing. Only to stick the bottle into your mouth, keep your tongue up and shake the bottle for the drops to come out of. Not only is this an extremely poor design, you hit your teeth shaking the product trying to get some drops out and it doesn't even work! I'm surprised I didn't chip any teeth doing this as the bottle is hard glass and you do have to put it in your mouth and shake HARD to try to get anything out.
I bought this directly from the manufacture and going to see if I can get a full refund as this product does not work!
Shame on Dr. Oz for allowing someone recommend this on his show as he has so many followers, they all go out and buy what is on the show but half the stuff doesn't work. This is the 4th product I have bought from watching his show and none of the products do what they were advertised!
I also bought the plantain salve that someone on his show recommended to help sleep and that did not work either. Bought 4 jars of that also. Then I bought the acupuncture mat which Dr. Oz himself said felt so good. It is so painful to lay on! I don't see how you are suppose to lay on it for 20 minutes everyday. I also bought 6 months of pure raspberry keytones to lose weight and lost nothing. I am currently trying the pure green coffee bean extract and so far all that is happening is I paid for a really expensive severe laxative!
I watch the show for health tips but so far all the tips have been duds and just money makers for the companies that own those products. Dr. Oz says he doesn't endores products but he should look into testing the products fairly and thoroughly before he allows other people on his show to recommend them!

This product does seem to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Since I received it I haven't yet had a night where I've been really wound up and experiencing major insomnia but the indications are it will help with that. I also find that when I wake up in the night I'm more quickly able to go back to sleep. However, it hasn't seemed to make any substantial difference in the number of times I wake up typically 4 or more per night. I did have one night where I slept very well for 4 hours straight, however, and going that long in itself is pretty unusual for me. I constantly wake up feeling like I could sleep for another three hours. Not everyone's a morning person but when you wake up so tired something's not right. Soooooooooo....I tried Guna Sleep took 20 drops before bed and I gradually fell asleep with no interruptions thru out the night. Woke up feeling engerized and more alert. Felt natural and knowing this is not a narcotic and get these results sold me.
Glad I saw this on the Dr. OZ show. I think I have a chance of becoming a morning person after all.

Do not waste your money. This product is useless. I had hopes it would be a natural sleep agent, but it does not do anything to help sleeping
