I am extremely unhappy with this item. It just arrived on 2/11/2013 3 weeks after being ordered -it shipped from China. The entire item description, name and any verbage was all in Chinese which most Americans can not read. I have no way of knowing if the material used for this nose piece are up to American standards of medical quality silicon. I just threw away the package.

I would not have bought this product if I knew it was being shipped from China. There are too many inferior grade products being made in China and shipped to the USA. Not only was it made in China but the envelope lists a Chinese name and address of a person who lives in China as the sender.

There should be more disclosure required by Amazon for private sellers on where they live and country of origin for medical and grocery products. If they are selling to a different country, that language should be on the package so the consumer knows what they have bought.

I been using them for two days now and it feels easy on the nose and my breathing is a lot better. I feel I do not have to use a cpat machine all the time now.

This device helps with the snoring. However, it does not stop it. I am not sure there is anything out there that accomplishes this for sure. The device is fine.

I bought these with a box of Brez. This is the 7th or 8th product of this kind that I have purchased. This is by far the worst. It does not expand my nostrils in the manner that is needed for relief. Honestly, if anything it obstructs the air flow.
