I have tried every herbal OTC and RX for sleeping pills and these have worked fantastic!! Love love love them. I have been using them for about 4 years and the effects are still as strong. I ordered the sample and really wanted to like this product. I love the newer type sleep supplements (outside of the usual straight melatonin, 5-htp..etc). This product did induce highly vivid dreams. The problem was I kept waking up after each one, like they were in chapters and each time and I had to urinate profusely. After this repeated about 6 times it was morning and I was groggy for about 2 hours after I woke up.

So far I have taken this product more than 10 times and have yet to sleep more than four straight hours. I do fall asleep fast but that's likely because I am tired rather than having anything to do with this product. Will not buy it again.

Unfortunately this product kept me from a deep restful sleep. I had to stop taking it after a week or so. It had the exact opposite effect. I could not fall into a deep sleep and kept going in and out of a light dream state. Any of these supplements should be offered on a free trial basis which these aren't and unfortunately I got sucked in by a promotion on a local sports talk radio show. Stay away from this product if you want to get the deep sleep you need, or you will be transformed into a zombie.
