I have used this pillow for years now. I keep it in the freezer (in a zip lock bag to keep out moisture)A true Godsend for headaches. The pillow has held up well and is very well made. Also great for puffy eyes. The scent is relaxing and not overpowering.
Maybe my experience is not typical, but the seam came open and spilled flax into my bed and on my face within a week or two of normal use. I was not happy with this product -I have had many eye pillows in the past that lasted much, much longer. The sewing on this pillow was inferior and the price higher than I have paid for some others.
