I use a ResMed Mirage Quattro Full Face Mask Frame System (Small), but it left a deep red mark on the bridge of my nose and was causing soreness. This gel pad was the key to eliminating the redness and pressure, and an added benefit is that my mask fits better and leaks less. I can finally tolerate my cpap! I do have to hold the gel pad in place, and then fiddle with it a bit to make sure it's positioned properly.
The pictures show the Gecko Nasal Pad adhering to the face, but mine just falls off.
I tried to hold it in place while putting the mask on, but could not find a way to do it without leakage.
