I've had upper back/lower neck pain on and off for years. Whenever I use this device, I get relief that lasts the whole next day. I also noticed less cracking in the neck. I find that the tension doesn't have to be super high for the device to be effective. Usually I listen to a podcast or read while I wear it. It is somewhat uncomfortable as it squeezes the head, and you probably should wear some sort of a nightguard to protect your teeth, but I don't think that the design with rails is much better. I also use an inversion table by Weslo and it complements NeckPro well. The inversion table helps more with the lower back and hip joints while NeckPro takes care of the neck and upper back. Highly recommended.

Neckpro Cervical Traction Device arrived in my mailbox, two days after being ordered. It adjusts to any door thickness using two wing screws. I use my steel front door because of its strength. Assembly couldn't be simpler. Look at instructions carefully. Put mounting bracket in center of door. Close door. Adjust wing screw with fingers to secure bracket to door. Place a straight back chair against door. Hook in the traction device to the click in hook. Notice that the tension can be released by clicking the switch at the top of the traction device. Make sure that you know how to do this before proceeding. The cervical collar takes a little trial and error to figure out, but it can only work one way, so eventually you'll figure it out. Notice the placement of the velcro straps, and that will help you. My results in only two days are nothing short of phenomenal. Waaaay better than my expectations. Proceed slowly with the tension, when first using. Unlike many other users, I have not had one bit of discomfort with the cervical collar. I place it around my head, and put a minimal tension on the collar. I adjust it to hit just under my chin, so that it doesn't hurt. I do not clinch my teeth. Sit up straight and pull the cord until tension is achieved. I almost go to sleep when using. My first observation was a feeling of increased blood flow to my neck. Nothing popped in my spine. All pain in my neck and shoulder joint ceased immediately. I feel like the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz, after being lubed up with his oil can sweet relief. I use this about 10 minutes at a time, while watching TV. I have really noticed an immediate improvement in my neck pain, easing of my shoulder pain. The "crick" in my neck is almost totally gone. My sleep has improved. The extreme pain in my right shoulder socket has just about left completely. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. Read the instructions, know how to release the winch pressure, adjust the collar for comfort before applying tension, apply pressure cautiously, relax and be calm. Feel the pulsing of increased blood flow in your neck. Turn you head gently from side to side. Notice that there is no grinding, or sandy feeling in your neck. I have a bulging disc around my C7. It will pinch the nerve cause numbness down my left arm and minor shoulder spasms. The Dr. Recommended starting with traction first. I have very much liked this product thus far. I would highly recommend this to people who have mild to moderate acne (like me). I'm not sure for people with really intense acne, but for me it's done a great job of clearing up my skin. It's definitely not over-drying, and the product itself smells pretty good. Cosmos ® Black Remedy Heat Sensitive Memory Foam Sleep Mask + Cosmos Cable Tie

I really wanted to like this. No light gets through this mask and it fits very nicely to the shape of my face if I'm laying on my back. The velour fabric also feels very nice. The problem is that this mask is very thick and the memory foam is not very pliable. If you lay on your side, the mask seems to have very little give. I also found the mask to retain a lot of heat and made my whole head hot.

This thing is big and black and soft. It does a good job of keeping the light out, but it is pretty big, so anything other than laying on your back can be uncomfortable. I was expecting a more gel like feel around the eyes. Instead it is just the same material as the rest of the mask. I don't know what the "heat sensitive" memory foam is referring to. It all just seems like regular material to me. It works well enough for the price, and I like it better than the thin mask I bought from Walgreens a few years ago. Did I mention it was big?

I've tried many different sleep masks over the past few years, but most fail to last more than six months. Either the material begins to wear, or the elastic headband stretches so much as to be useless.

This is different. The Cosmos mask is a thick, padded mask with a nose bridge and velcro strap. The memory foam fits the contours of your face, with the nose bridge keeping it from sliding down your nose. The velcro has been very tough, and I don't see myself needing to replace it for quite some time. Further, this mask fits perfectly with my nasal pillow CPAP mask, which means I can finally get a decent night's sleep without my apnea waking me up every few hours. However, this obviously would not work with the full "cup" style masks which fit over top of your nose, or nose and mouth; the nose bridge would not sit right on those.

For me, this is the perfect mask for a great night's sleep.

Both my wife and I tried this Melatonin to help us both sleep. She works late, so to avoid insanely late (i.e. early morning) bedtimes we decided this would be a good thing for her to try. Honestly, we both had very different results!

Personally, I find melatonin to be more of an issue, and this particular brand is no help. While it does help me to fall asleep initially, I find that I sleep lighter and wake up more abruptly (after about five hours of sleep). Taking more than the directed amount helps me sleep for longer, but I wake up way too groggy, besides, I don't like exceeding recommended doses. Since this happens with all of the melatonin products I have tried, I didn't take off a star because of this.

Overall if you are looking for melatonin, this is a great product, if a little stronger than most.

I've tried several Melatonin products out there, but this one seems to work best for me. Well, this product looks well made and would do what it says it will do, but it is HUGE! I bought it to use to travel with, as my foam wedge pillow is too bulky to take. I admit it is my fault that I didn't read the dimensions and realize that it was so big and so high. I was just looking at the picture, and with no human in it for comparison, thought it was on a par with all the other wedge pillows on Amazon. Wrong! I only need about a 6-8 inch lift, NOT a 15 inch lift, and as a short person, it is much too long for me as well. It would work well for one person sleeping alone, but too wide for a queen when you are sleeping with a partner. So, though I admit it is my fault that it is not what I expected, I am very unhappy with the no return policy on this item. It's a very expensive mistake to have made without any recourse whatsoever. I have never used it, I simply inflated it with a blow dryer, saw how big it was and deflated it. I do understand the hygiene issue, but please! If someone actually laid down on it before returning it, how is that different than someone trying on clothing and putting it back on the rack? I will now have a very expensive mistake sitting in my closet, either that or it will be listed on EBAY very soon! You can bet every time I look at it, it will remind me to A) read the small print, and B) never order anything from a company like Activeforever with such strict return policies!

After certain types of surgery, a steep angle (30-45 degrees) is essential, and this wedge pillow is ideal for this purpose. I bought it for my husband and it enables him to travel comfortably. It is important of course to read the dimensions in the description, and for an item like this they should be very clearly displayed. But I want to emphasize that it is a fine product and for some, a max height of 6"-8" is simply not enough.

Delivery was very timely. Inflatable pillow seems well made, but is rather large. Most of all, it is too steep. If one wants to use a regular pillow with this wedge, and most people would, I'd think, it would be better if the wedge rose to perhaps 8-10 inches at the back, instead of the 15inches or so that it is.

I've submitted this review for other bottles of 5-HTP, for two reasons:

1. I think aspects of my review are important and I hope to help as many people as possible; and

2. I actually took several different brands of 5-HTP, so my reviews reflect that. Mostly. :)

I have taken 5-HTP for insomnia and depression. Well, to combat those things. ;) At first it was quite helpful to me and I found that my moods stabilised reasonably well. However, I did find that after a while it had a propensity to making me feel a little bit manic or just . . . weird. I was sort of hyper-aware, for want of a better way to explain it. When I eased off I was able to resume taking it again after a couple of weeks and I found that a regimen of three weeks on and two weeks off seemed to work best without generating any of the milder side-effects.

My main caution came about through a very dangerous experience, which I have fortunately learnt from and not repeated. I was first taking this several years ago and I had the foolish notion of "if a little is good, a lot is better". Basically, I was taking everything under the sun for mood enhancement--St. John's Wort, 5-HTP, fish oil, you name it. If it even vaguely hinted at any pick-me-up capabilities I was downing those pills. And, typically, I was exceeding the recommended doses. I mean, hey, I'd taken supplements for most of my life and safely exceeded the recommended dosages, why should this be any different? Well, it was. In the end I tripped some invisible trigger and developed serotonin syndrome. The only reason I actually knew what was happening was because I had gone to university and studied psych and this is something I picked up in my extra-curricular research on neurochemistry. You won't hear of it from 99% of doctors, although it is a genuine disorder. They just don't know of it. It is also invariably fatal, unless you realise what it going on and stop the medication/supplementation in time. Thankfully, I was able to cease and recover, though I have had lingering effects ever since, even though the supplements are by now long gone from my system. Things have not gone quite back to normal.

Anyway, that is my caution. 5-HTP works, but it should not be combined with other medication or supplementation without some serious research first. Stay safe!

You have to really test this product in several ways before you know what's best. If you just want to sleep, I suggest Valerian root and Melatonin--can't go wrong there. There's several other natural sleep aids you can look up.

I find Serotonin to be a good enhancement to my overall life, anyone should buy this product but be open to trial and error and eventual success. You will either sleep great OR have a non-jittery energy filled day and/or feel happier.

Anyone just google "can htp trigger melatonin or serotonin" and/or other variations and be very familiar with things before you start taking them. Just be careful because drug companies may hate them for example and some people may not know what they are talking about, you have to really put a lot of work into these type of things. It's worth it though, I promise!

I just got this today and I have already used it. I'm a relatively tall man with about a 31 inch inseam. All I can say is that this leg rest does exactly what I want it to do--it really takes the pressure off my back when I lay down. I love the extra width. It's a perfect size. It's nice and firm also which is good. I recommend this. No complaints. I have a twin bed, and this covers the width of the bed without going over the edges at all. There's maybe an inch or two to spare on each side. Definitely get this one for the extra width. Any less width and my legs would fall over the sides, but this is perfect.

I bought this hoping that it would relieve the hip pain I was experiencing when sleeping in my bed. I'm naturally a side sleeper and the pain was so bad it would wake me up. Honestly I've been sleeping in my recliner for months to avoid the pain.

I finally thought about why I didn't have pain in the recliner and I came up with:

1. Sitting partially up

This destroys any other caffeinated products I've ever triedit beats coffee for price and ease of use. It beats jolt gum cause it has 6x the amount of caffeine jolt does. It beats energy drinks because they are so expensive and loaded with TONS of sugar. These things are extremely portablejust carry in your pocket (they were meant for military!). Great for law enforcement to have in the war bag to stay awake in the field when you are stuck on a call or stakeout. A friend who is in vet school loves these cause they have to stay alert and study so much. To be honest, you don't buy stuff like this for taste. The first minute of these things you just taste the sugar and flavoring, but after that the bitter taste of the caffeine starts to be come apparent. The taste comes out slowly at first, and never completely overpowering, but anyone chewing this just to enjoy gum, and not as a tool to stay awake, would never chose this gum over any other gum in the world for flavor. That being said, the taste isn't terrible. I've had all 5 flavors. The Cinnamon is the worst, and unless you are a fan of big red or gum like that I would avoid it (I don't like Cinnamon flavor). IMO, the Spearmint flavor tastes the best at first (only slightly better than Arctic Mint), but then the caffeine is more noticeable with Spearmint in the end than with Arctic Mint flavor. Overall, if you are going for the best overall flavor experience I chose Arctic Mint. I cannot recommend these enough.

While the caffeine in these works well, the gum itself is not very good. It is so hard I could not cut a piece in half with a sharpened filet knife and a lot of pressure. It does soften when you put it in your mouth, but doesn't turn into anything like a gum until it is time to spit it out---instructions say 5 minutes. Also, the taste is quite weird, tastes more like a chemical than anything else. It also contains wood alcohols which are known to cause stomach griping, and montezuma's revenge. There are better ways to get caffeine, but this could work in an absolute emergency, like driving at night.

Great stuff when you're starting to nod off. On the downside, it's much more expensive than an equivalent caffeine pill (or half a pill) like No-Doz.

This Stay Alert gum has sugar but it also has some artificial sweetener so it doesn't have to contain as much sugar as it would.

Jolt gum (spearmint) tastes *much* better than this Stay Alert gum (spearmint), but the Jolt has more sugar and you have to take more pieces (which make a big wad of gum that you have to chew through like a cow) to get the same dose of caffeine. Stay Alert is more convenient because I can take a single piece and get the caffeine more quickly without having to chew and dissolve all of that extra sugar the Jolt has.

I once tried the cinnamon Stay Alert and hated the flavor. I generally don't like peppermint or other mint flavors that are stronger than spearmint, so I haven't tried the other flavor.

BTW I separately ordered Gorilla Gum (spearmint) only to find that it's *exactly* the same product as the Stay Alert gum (spearmint) but in a (very) differently-branded wrapper.

Outre Premium Duby Human Hair Wig - Duby Combo

OK, this hair is nice looks as the picture does but the style is not quit the same as the picture. however, you can do plenty with it. As most Outré products, i find the quality to be fabulous! I will have to play with the style to create the look that the picture shows. The wig is extremely comfortable and for me that is a PLUS. I have a average/large head and this wig has plenty of room without feeling like it may fall off my head. I was very pleased and received compliments. I just ordered another style and I am hoping that I can get it before I leave Saturday!

I am a restless sleeper and so I have to douse my brain with some chemicals to get me drowsy. I use a ResMed Mirage Quattro Full Face Mask Frame System (Small), but it left a deep red mark on the bridge of my nose and was causing soreness. This gel pad was the key to eliminating the redness and pressure, and an added benefit is that my mask fits better and leaks less. I can finally tolerate my cpap! I do have to hold the gel pad in place, and then fiddle with it a bit to make sure it's positioned properly.
