I tried Hyland's Nerve Tonic in capsule form in May 2011, and those appeared to have a very mild effect; when I ran out of the capsules, I purchased the dissolving tablets, thinking that they would be more convenient for the purse or glovebox since they didn't need to be taken with liquid.If these dissolving tablets were mint-flavored, they might have made nice breath mints. As a stress-relieving medication, I noticed no benefit whatsoever. I tried eating them before meals, after meals, on the tongue, under the tongue, when stress happened, before I knew it would happen, and after it had been happening for a while; this was over a period of several months. The instructions recommend a dosage of two tablets multiple times a day; I've also tried between five to seven tablets per dose, as recommended by another user. It may work for someone else, but for me, the best thing about this medication is that it didn't cause any harm besides a few lost dollars.
