The order came within 5 days so 2 days earlier than their suggested arrival date. I normally have issues getting tired at night and find myself a bit insomniac prone. I've used the 2.5 and 5 mg doses in the pass with not much success, but these 10mg capsules might be to much. I've taken this once since obtaining the product so the review is not as good as giving this a week to evaluate, but the one capsule consumed before bed did make me mildly drowsy. The downside is that when I woke up that morning I had to fight to get out of bed with 9 hours of sleep. I felt pretty groggy and tired until I got some coffee into my system.Save 27% Off
